Tina will you go to Prom with me? :dancing:
One of the coolest pets I ever had was a Chinchilla-but man, they were so hard to clean up after. Poop pellets everywhere and they bathe in this "dust" that got all over the place. It was pretty cute watching them bathe though.
Does anyone else find it odd that "Dollar Stores" sell pregnancy tests? Would you trust a $1 pregnancy test?
There is an alternative. Find me a cute gearhead to drag along as my date and I promise to keep the biting to "only upon request".
So my friends weren't your type? If you don't like one, there's always a back-up.
I tried, but holding a camera in one hand and dealing with a kicking, biting Deb was too much for me. I think next time I'll invest in a tripod.
..and some Chloroform.
That's very cool! Those lucky ducks!
Sums up why I couldn't care less about it too.
Deb, I'm gonna kidnap you and drag you to the movie with me. Just ignore the unmarked white van parked next to your vehicle tomorrow morning with the rope and duct tape in the passenger seat.
I grew up playing with the Transformer toys(as well as Star Wars and GI Joe)...so it was mandatory that I go see it or else my nerd card would be revoked.
Overall I thought it was a good movie. It's definitely what they would call a "popcorn movie". You're right Tina- If you're looking for an answer to world hunger or some sort of higher enlightenment, then I can't recommend it. Mindless entertainment? You better believe it! Nothing wrong with that every once in awhile.
You pretty much get what you would expect from a movie called Transformers. Explosions, big robots fighting, and some pretty cool special effects. There were definitely some cheesy moments. I didn't like how Prime had 'lips', I didn't like the breakdancing Autobot who was all, "yo yo yo!!", and a few other minor things. But I gotta tell ya, I'm not a big Shia Labeouf fan, only because I haven't had much exposure to him, but he did an awesome job. I gotta give him props for making at least one of the human characters interesting, even though he was playing your stereotypical nerdy teenager who gets a robot car and the hot girl.
That's hilarious Deb! I love it!
I heard he's now trying to get the dog to balance on a yak.
Right on. I can't wait to see it. Maybe I can sneak away to a Dollar theater and catch it one of these days.
I was hoping for a little more from the finale as well, but I liked what happened at the same time.
I seriously thought the "Others" had killed Bernard, Sayid, and Jin. I was really upset about that. lol.
I wanted Jack to just beat the crap outta Ben, so I was happy he got some good smacks in on him.
I've read a few message boards where people are questioning Charlie's death saying, why didn't he do this? why didn't he do that? IMHO, I think he realized that he couldn't keep running from death in a sense, and accepted his fate--it was kinda cool how he passed the message onto Desmond about Naomi too. Oh, and what's the deal with Mikhail ? Homeboy can't be killed.
Yea, the wait's gonna suck! I guess it's so we can watch a new episode every week, back to back instead of having all the breaks in-between. Either way, just knowing that they've signed on for 3 more seasons leads me to believe that there's gonna be a whole lot more questions than there are gonna be answers. :silly:
I'll eventually get around to seeing these movies, most likely when they are released on DVD since breaking away for a movie at the theaters is kinda tough.
I have heard good things about Knocked Up, plus Seth Rogen is always hilarious. Just looking at him makes me laugh and I mean that in a good way.
Very cool. I wish I could afford another vacation/convention so soon after the Celebration. The Comic-Con's are awesome!!
It'll be cool to hear what they have lined up for this one.
Yea, I understand the whole "need" for commercials, it's just annoying how it breaks the flow of a show. Thank goodness for DVDs! :dancing:
I was flippin through channels and caught part of this. I saw Enrique Iglesias performing from Hamburg for a couple of songs, then I had to wait through 15 minutes of commercials and PSAs before another song was shown, then another 15 minutes of commercials to watch a quick higlight reel of performers in Shanghai, followed by more commercials
....that's when I decided to switch back to Arena Football.
Sean, I think one of these days, you might have to pull the script out of mothballs for me. I'm getting so sick of the waiting that I'm very tempted to spoil myself. No big furry hurry obviously. But maybe someday, when you have time, you wouldn't mind making us a copy. You know we were gonna ask you to do it someday down the road, when the movie finally comes out anyway, right?
Not a prob ! I know I faxed ya a few pages here and there, but for the whole thing, I'll probably just ship it out to ya. And yea, mothballs is right. It's been awhile since I've had that bad boy out!
LOL. I'll see if I can dig it up.I know I have it on disc somewhere. It's from the hotel room set that was actually kinda cool looking.
I have a picture of myself on that very couch! of course I don't pull "the look "off as well as Chris. I look more like an awkward walrus that has been out of the water for too long.
Well poop, the show was rained out. :witsend:
I was really hoping to see her live... and of course the rain has stopped now, so they'll still put on the fireworks show, but no Joan Jett and the Blackhearts. <tear>
^^ Yup, that's her!
It just started raining like crazy and it's two hours away from her show. I hope it stops!!:(
Oh, and Happy Independence Day to all you US people.
-TeeJay
Thanks guys. Today will be spent with a viewing of Transformers . :dancing:
Then Joan Jett will be performing in concert at the Balloon Fiesta field here followed by a fireworks show. It's only a dollar so how can ya say no to that!
A bulldog will blink when hit with a pillow.
I prefer the EDNA 2000X.
Charging time is a little long at 5 weeks, but the reception is good and you'll never miss a call when it's in vibrate mode since it shakes the entire house. I wish it came in black though....
I had to show the Star Wars thread some love.
Check out this stroller !
