Look at all those greens! What I would give to live in a greeny, spacious, yet beachy area!

#28 Re: Chris On Screen » Deleted Linus - SPOILERS!!! For The Real, Original Fanboys » 25 Mar 08 :: 03:23

I was just thinking about how I love his wardrobe, Susanna wink

Thanks again for posting such lovely pictures, Deb!!

"The Invisible" is going to be the featured Starz movie for anyone who is interested.

#30 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Road Trippin' » 15 Mar 08 :: 03:17

I think I've heard of Tybee Island- I forget which book mentioned it, though. Thanks for replying.

Where are you from, Irina?

#31 Re: Square Eyes » Misc Stuff » 15 Mar 08 :: 03:15

He was also in "Clueless." I just said that because of the file name, haha.

#32 Re: Joan of Arcadia » Indelible Adam & Joan Images » 15 Mar 08 :: 03:13

Of course I do; I've been sharing and I want to see other people's favorite A/J or just Adam images. Besides, it's also nice to just scroll down on the MB and see lovely shots.

#33 Re: Joan of Arcadia » Indelible Adam & Joan Images » 15 Mar 08 :: 01:25

Oh, A/J are definitely my number one TV couple. You guys need to post more pics!! :drool: :drool:

#34 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Road Trippin' » 15 Mar 08 :: 01:19

I agree, Deb, SD is very beautiful and just a spectacular place. There's times I did wish I lived/went to school there, but I'm really content and I can't ask for more wink Silly question, but... do you guys have a lot of beaches in GA?

AND WOW, TEEJAY! You have been everywhere!! If you don't mind me asking, did your work pay for the expenses?

#35 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Road Trippin' » 14 Mar 08 :: 04:07

Bumpin' this, but I gotta shower!

A lot of people keep telling me that! I actually don't think traffic is that bad here. However, I do tend to take side streets, hah. And I have heard a lot of people talking about the rude people, but it really depends where you go/went. No offense to anyone who is from around this area, but usually it's OC/richy neighborhood areas. It makes sense for any state/country since better off people tend to look down upon those that aren't like them anyway.

It's just A LOT of variety of people here. There's people here who lack sarcasm so when you joke around, you can seriously hear a pin drop. When I came to college, I started to doubt my sense of humor, lol.

Lucky when we become an island?! Well, I have hopes that maybe that won't really happen, but it is California and major earthquakes tend to happen every-so-often, but you never know.

Anyway, so you haven't been to the states at all though? You didn't mention it, but I thought maybe you forgot a state or something. I think it's very cool you went to Crete! So much history there! Actually, all countries have history, haha.

#38 Re: Chris On Screen » Deleted Linus - SPOILERS!!! For The Real, Original Fanboys » 14 Mar 08 :: 03:55

Same here (not a KISS fan). But yeah, I have the DVD and it was in the extra/deleted scenes and they omitted it because it was "too serious" and ruined the flow of the comedy, I guess ;/

Of course with "Fanboys" it's different because the one in "DRC" was just a little plot.

#39 Re: Off Topic Stuff » "... like without too much singing." ::: Our Music Thread » 14 Mar 08 :: 03:52

Aww, I'd love to go to Canada solely just to hear people speak. Nah, I'm not making fun at all, Donna; I really enjoy how Canadians speak.

#40 Re: Off Topic Stuff » "... like without too much singing." ::: Our Music Thread » 14 Mar 08 :: 03:51

Dang, you've practically been everywhere! I totally know what you mean about a "beach break" wink I haven't been anywhere, really- 'cept TJ (Tijuana, Mexico). It's fun, great service, cheap drinks, but bathrooms... not so grand.

Yeah, Deb, what about you? We should start a traveling thread because whoa, this is a music thread! I didn't notice ;x

#41 Re: Chris On Screen » Deleted Linus - SPOILERS!!! For The Real, Original Fanboys » 14 Mar 08 :: 03:43

Hopefully even without the cancer plot, it will be good but ehhh.. I know "Detroit Rock City" surprised me because it was entertaining, fun, and just great to watch these kids go through their own journey even though they took away Edward Furlong's character who had a mother-who-died-of-cancer storyline.

Anyway, that picture of Chris and Sam is truly stunning sad

#42 Re: Square Eyes » Post your recent DVD purchases » 14 Mar 08 :: 03:39

That is sweet! I usually just order online because it's cheapest, even with S&H. I tend to just order things online in general because I'm lazy like that ;/

#43 Re: Off Topic Stuff » "... like without too much singing." ::: Our Music Thread » 14 Mar 08 :: 03:38

That is actually why I am doing it. I met a girl who graduated college two years ago and she told me she thought she'd have time to travel some other time as well, but like you said, life got in the way. Thank you so much smile

What about you? Have you traveled/studied abroad? If so, how was it?

#44 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Randomness » 14 Mar 08 :: 03:35

Just wanted to say... f* you to the guy who said my voice was boring. Yes, I know you're a guy and who you are because I sat beside you once and I recognize your writing. It's okay, I figured you probably didn't like me because I don't like your girlfriend and she most likely said sh*t about me when I moved away from her. Think for yourself, asswipe.

Fin.

#45 Re: Off Topic Stuff » "... like without too much singing." ::: Our Music Thread » 14 Mar 08 :: 03:32

Just wanted to update and say I am going to study abroad after all. However, I still need to get all the facts first because I'm a little confuzzled.

#46 Re: Joan of Arcadia » Indelible Adam & Joan Images » 14 Mar 08 :: 03:30

Same here! That and "Do the Math"- is it bad that I fast-forward to the non A/J storyline in that episode? I think that is the episode where (her name escapes me) got her Emmy nom. Anyway, yeah, they looked it wink He and Diane are great too smile

Happy, happy times.

#47 Re: Joan of Arcadia » Random JoA Stuff... » 14 Mar 08 :: 03:27

LMAO, Doree, I like that song wink It doesn't remind me of Adam's first reaction to Joan, but I understand how you may get that.

And thanks for posting the article, Deb! I enjoyed it. I wish I had some other experience to think about if I had to think about HS, hah.

#48 Re: Joan of Arcadia » Indelible Adam & Joan Images » 14 Mar 08 :: 03:23

Ohyeah! It was the ring finger, my bad. LOL! Having sex but with clothes on.. silly, silly. I've been seeing lots of guys (celebrities and non) that are more comfortable with PDA and hand holding now. It still makes me shudder.

JoA_1x21_097.JPG

Too bad the camera was zooming out, but I just love it!

#49 Re: Chris On Screen » Deleted Linus - SPOILERS!!! For The Real, Original Fanboys » 14 Mar 08 :: 03:14

Wow, I haven't seen the one where he's on the hospital bed with the oxygen mask, but then I haven't seen most of them. ArghHhh! They're such great, beautiful shots and I cannot believe it's going to be taken away. Thanks for sharing them though ;(

#50 Re: Joan of Arcadia » Indelible Adam & Joan Images » 10 Mar 08 :: 23:02

I thought it was neat how they both wore rings before even going out with one another; see, they are destined for one another (A/J)! They never mentioned anything about promise rings on the show, though, right? I know Chris in general [used to] wear his promise ring a lot even in filming other movies (i.e. "Just Friends"), so I wonder if Amber's promise ring is really hers or the show got one for her to match with Chris/Adam.
