Too cool. Can't wait to see it! Thanks!
That's hilarious!!
You're right, he doesn't look very happy in that.
He's looking at me funny....actually he's looking at me and to the left of me at the same time and it's freakin me out!!
LOL.
So are they gonna shooting that here? That's cool.
I guess I could see what they're looking for as far as extra work goes... It's always a shot in the dark, but what the heck, it's worth looking into. Maybe if I wore a Fanboys shirt when they start shooting....;)
Yay, I'm a FanBOY!
I feel like a new man.
Glad you liked the pics, I thought they were cool too.
Theforce.net is the biggest unofficial Star Wars website, and they posted a few pics of the TIE fighter chair that are worth checking out.(Who's that in the background?)
Oh yea,
It's very addictive!!
Glad you liked the Judge Reinhold part. I got a kick out of it.
Oh, and Deb's right, anything that may not make sense, or is in reference to an American movie, or slang (Poonwah, hehe) We can definitely help out with that!!
That's cool that you checked out my Myspace. Do any of you have one?
Sorry about all the clutter, I'll have to look into getting that cleaned up!!
<<Okay, that's messed up. LOL.
(As a way of explanation, where it says "Fanboy" now, it said "Fangirl" before. --TeeJay)
Alright , here we go.
Oh, and I sent a couple more pages to Deb.
LOL.
So no more Cute lil Horndog for me?
Hmmm...I wonder what's next?
I purposely sent those two parts to you .
The 1st section was the part that Ken, I, and several of our other friends got to play as Trekkies/Trekkers in the first big Star Wars vs- Star Trek scene.
The next section, well, it's self explanatory...Glad you liked it too Deb!!
Cool!
I like the addition. Good job.
Can I have another cookie?
Is it the name on the jacket?
It is useless to resist!!
(Little Star Wars quote there for ya)
I just sent out some pages , Let me know if you got them Deb!
Cool, I'll keep an eye out for it!
**Sean pokes his head in real quick**
I loved Freaks & Geeks! Did I tell you how cool Seth Rogen is?
**Sean quietly exits**
You know I'm gonna do that too!!
Gotcha
How about I fax it to ya!?
Please be gentle!
I actually moved a couple of weekends ago, so it's taking awhile to get everything settled in and situated.
A Tag line, eh?
Hmm, I'll have to think about that one. Can't remember if they had one or not.
I know Ernie Cline's old poster had, "A film about friendship, tresspassing, and delusions of grandeur" on it.
I'll definitely get those quotes out to you too. I had a few props/photos packed up from Fanboys, including the script, so I'll have to hit the garage and get that out for you guys.
I'm so glad Kyle gave "us" the green light on the pics! There's so many cool ones to share.
Very well said guys!!
Speaking as a big Star Wars fan, we knew for years that Episode one was in the works and there are no words to describe the excitement felt as we anticipated it's release.
Regardless of whether or not the movie was that great , I still enjoyed the surrounding events around this time. I would scan the magazines and websites for any snippit of info I could find, or maybe a sneak peek picture of someone in costume or make-up. I remember the excitement my friends and I felt when we saw the first trailer, and how much fun we had discussing and speculating what scene was what...and how cool it was to see a Young Anakin, Palpatine and Obi-Wan, the planet Coruscant(Which was only mentioned in the books at the time)etc,etc..
We had a blast going to the Star Wars Celebration up in Denver which featured the actors, and exclusive footage from the movie and showcased the merchandise as well. We enjoyed going to Wal*Mart at Midnight to pick up some of the figures as they were first made available to the public. Also had a blast spending the night in line at the theater with my friends, and being on the radio and on TV in the process. All of this took place before I ever even saw the movie.
When I sat through the movie, I was excited to just be seeing a new Star Wars movie in the first place. So much was happening on the screen and in the story, that I didn't really have a chance to sit there to analyize and break apart what I did and didn't like until I had seen the movie several times. There are parts of the movie that are pretty cool, but unfortunately they are always overlooked because the negative outweighs the positive.
This is kinda how I see Linus viewing the entire experience. He has a great and memorable time with his friends, as well as mending a friendship that was on the skids with Eric. The movie is only a small part of the entire experience. These friends will remember this experience based on the quality time they spent together, not on how great of a movie Ep I turned out to be.
LOL. Be very afraid!!
