Yup! It's not a good idea to piss off a large group of people. Especially if they're the target audience of your movie. Good job 'GL'. I will do everything in my power to avoid anything he puts his hands on in the future.

#105 Re: Chris On Screen » Bend Over FANBOYS... MAJOR SPOILERS!!! ADULT LANGUAGE!!! STAY OUT!!! » 23 Feb 08 :: 03:32

Wow, what a dildo and a moron for trying to sign his letter 'anonymously" as GL. He's acting like he's some kind of savior coming in, rescuing this unreleasable storyline. That really, really angers me.
If I see this guy at a Con, I'm gonna rearrange his grill. Oh wait, I just saw a picture of him... that's already been taken care of.

The pilots and a couple of Troopers(And a tired Jacen)

It was last October for the International Balloon Fiesta here in Albuquerque. The pilots(And Balloon) are from Belguim and it was the N. American premiere for them. It was awesome!! It's cool cuz one of the pilot's is also a member of the 501st Legion. smile

Not sure if you guys listen to George Noory, but he'll be here in town on March 1st. We have a D-League hockey team here that has promotional nights for each game, and on March 1st, it'll be 'Sci-Fi' night. So our Star Wars group will be there in full costume as well as George Noory, and probably some people from the Roswell UFO Museum, etc... Should be an interesting night.

Jaws is one of my all-time favorite movies and you can't think of Jaws without thinking of Sheriff Brody. He was a great actor and will be missed greatly.

Hey guys,
Sorry--I was in Dallas for the past couple of days training for a new position at my job--so I'm just now reading this.
You're right about the ending Deb. That's how the script had it and that's how it was originally filmed. Now they've gone and f'd it all up and now trying to brainwash the masses about the cancer storyline. How ridiculous. I will never understand why they want to keep this out of the film. Because it's a comedy? Who cares--Are we not allowed to feel for, and relate, and care for the characters in a comedy? Is this the first comedy to ever deal with serious and REAL life issues? No way.
One of my favorite comedies of all time, Better Off Dead, deals with suicide. How about the subject matter in Patch Adams? There's death in Mr Deeds ,Clerks, Happy Gilmore, Tommy Boy, Drop Dead Gorgeous. Chris Rock dies in a non-comical way in The Longest Yard. I could go on forever but I know I'm preachin' to the choir here. wink  Just had to vent real quick!!

Look who got himself into a little trouble:

http://www.poughkeepsiejournal.com/apps … 08042/1009

A City of Poughkeepsie man was arrested Thursday after leading police on a high-speed chase through the city, which came to an end on the lawns of two Washington Street homes.

Officer Garth Mason was on Market Street at 6:37 p.m. when he saw a car, operated by Landocalrissan Butler, 27, of Winnikee Avenue, speeding and moving into the officer's lane, almost striking his car, said Deputy Chief Tom Ghee.

Mason attempted to pull Butler's vehicle over, Ghee said, but Butler allegedly did not comply and would not stop his vehicle.

Alligator! yes!  That was your urban legend of flushing the alligator down the toilet come to life--I remember seeing all these back in the early eighties, lol. Back when the "Sunday Night Movie" was a big deal on public TV.

Lol, wasn't that the cockroach one? Did you ever see Frogs with good ol Sam Elliot?

I remember watching a killer bee movie back in the day. I think it was called Swarm. big_smile
I remember watching the disaster movies as well as all the animal attack movies when I was growing up. I saw one with tarantulas that scared the crap outta me when I was around 6.
