#176 Re: Chris On Screen » Fanboys » 31 Jan 08 :: 01:49

Thanks for sharing, Deb and TeeJay! I liked the second to the last one. He looks so happy ;D

#177 Re: Chris On Screen » Chris-Watch: Where and when to catch him on-screen » 31 Jan 08 :: 01:43

Hey, I actually know the bands/groups you guys mentioned, so it's all good. Btw, here are more dates to catch Chris on screen:

MOMAXe    Sat, Feb 2, 9:00 PM    Just Friends
MOMAXe    Fri, Feb 8, 9:35 AM    Just Friends
TMCe    Sun, Feb 10, 1:25 PM    American Gun
HBOe    Wed, Feb 13, 12:35 AM    Alpha Dog
TMCe    Wed, Feb 13, 3:15 PM    American Gun

I would have edited, but I figure people will most likely see the last post.

Welcome to the boards, Donna! I posted that on the JOA thread you replied on and barely realized that you could have responded to this thread.. in which you did. Either way, welcome, welcome, welcome! It's so great here.

I would love to see him as a romantic lead. Purely for gratuitous drooling purposes.

I like that answer wink

#180 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Birthday Thread » 30 Jan 08 :: 05:05

"Blackberry device thingy"- that was cute, Deb, hahaha. I imagine he lurks occasionally if Diane mentions something.. I'm not sure if she even does that though; I doubt it. I liked how you mentioned the Randomness 2.0 thread but left out the "adult version," TeeJay, hah.

LOL, Melody! I say no on the stealing, but yes to the meeting him and making him our lover.. ooolalalla wink

LMAO! Ohhh, that ending of that episode still gets me teary-eyed.. Well, the part where Lady God tells Joan to carry Adam's burden for a change smile

#182 Re: Chris On Screen » Chris-Watch: Where and when to catch him on-screen » 30 Jan 08 :: 04:28

Exactly! I was just a late bloomer because I didn't use the computer until jr. high and that's when my music tastes (and everything else) changed as I had more resources to find more musicians and whatnot. No surprise, most of the bands/music I'm into are still European ;P

#183 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Birthday Thread » 28 Jan 08 :: 22:53

I don't know how people can go on about in their day without computers. Major propage.

#184 Re: Chris On Screen » Chris-Watch: Where and when to catch him on-screen » 28 Jan 08 :: 22:48

Of course. I just wish my parents were into rock and made me play an instrument or something, then I would have liked better music. Better late than never, I suppose.

I'm totally making my kid(s) learn different languages and play mucho instruments wink

#186 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Birthday Thread » 28 Jan 08 :: 22:40

I will, one day.. minus the ten friends because I don't have that many. Melody, come down here and let's find Chris! We'll make signs to give the Starbucks workers and tell them to call us if he ever swings by ;D

Ohman, if Chris ever lurks on here, I'm totally teasing. Or am I? o_O

#187 Re: Joan of Arcadia » Random JoA Stuff... » 28 Jan 08 :: 22:34

That IS really random and I thought I get interesting requests, ha!

#188 Re: Chris On Screen » Chris-Watch: Where and when to catch him on-screen » 28 Jan 08 :: 22:29

No problem! And it's fine, Deb. I realized that was a stupid question anyway, but thanks for answering ;P

"Crap rises, after all" < Haha. I probably liked some of the crap ;( I can't believe I went through a 'boyband' phase. Never again!

#189 Re: Square Eyes » In Praise of Chris's Colleagues » 28 Jan 08 :: 22:12

The Russell Girl was truly heartbreaking. When she was out on the streets, I was totally expecting the person in the boots to be Evan; I'm glad it was Lorainne. I knew she'd be the first one Sarah would tell about her Leukemia, so I was glad they had moments together so that she can be "forgiven" about what happened. Amber's just so awesome. I love her style.

#190 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Birthday Thread » 28 Jan 08 :: 22:03

*shakesfist* at both TeeJay and Deb. It's okay, Melody, we will one of these days! Maybe not now, maybe not soon, but eventually.

Yeah, that was lame.

#191 Re: Joan of Arcadia » Random JoA Stuff... » 28 Jan 08 :: 22:00

Whoa, that's... cool... did you accept? LOL!

#193 Re: Square Eyes » In Praise of Chris's Colleagues » 27 Jan 08 :: 22:51

Oooooh, hahaha! Nah, I was just inserting a new "fact." I do think Abigail is quite fabulous! She's an adorable, talented young lady.

#194 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Birthday Thread » 27 Jan 08 :: 22:46

Torture! I just want to touch him :grovel:. No fair, Deb- you got to touch that goodness, *shakesfist*

#195 Re: Joan of Arcadia » Videos of Joan and Adam!!! » 27 Jan 08 :: 22:42

Yeah, I was referring to that scene (0:41), but like I said, it's not bad at all. I hardly even recognized it after giving it another view. I just love watching Joan/Adam fan-vids. Keep doing them!

#196 Re: Square Eyes » In Praise of Chris's Colleagues » 27 Jan 08 :: 02:26

What do you mean, you "misunderstood me"? ;/

I never watched "Veronica Mars," but that's cool! I was hoping she'd get more acting jobs because she seems pretty cool.

#197 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Birthday Thread » 27 Jan 08 :: 02:22

Oh, don't do that to me! I just took a shower. I might have to take another one now after seeing those again.. *fans myself* He was just the epitome of sexiness on the show. He made smoking look way hot, but I'm still not going to smoke though-- "big fan of the lungs" ;P

#198 Re: Joan of Arcadia » Videos of Joan and Adam!!! » 27 Jan 08 :: 02:13

Aww, that was awesome. I liked the choice of song; I was wondering why it sounded familiar but then you said it was on "How to Deal" and that's why ;P

...Yeah, I tend to get get click-links-crazy without reading what the link will be about.

Anyway, I also liked the choice of clips. The transition was a tad abrupt in the beginning, but it wasn't bad. Thanks for sharing.

#199 Re: Square Eyes » In Praise of Chris's Colleagues » 26 Jan 08 :: 21:50

He didn't really work with her per se, but I saw Little Girl God on Hannah Montana the other day, haha.

#200 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Local newscaster dies at 45 » 26 Jan 08 :: 21:47

Yeah, I've been hearing about deaths since September. Everytime I get out of the "odd state," I get back into it very quickly. My regards to his family and loved ones.
