It wouldn't be surprising if the baby did belong to another boy. The girl could easily pass for over 15. She looks more like his older sister or possibly mother.

I don't know if they user the term 'chav' in the US, but that is what the girl would probably be classified as, to be honest.

I don't actually know if they can or not. They can still get erections when very young, so it could be possible a 12 year old boy can still produce viable sperm.

Yeah the Sun is the kind of paper that would make up their stories when their bored, but they've never really made up front page stories. Sometimes they have even had front page stories before they were reported elsewhere.

It could be possible that they could have tricked him, but it doesn't surprise me about both their families when you read it. Split up, jobless and multiple children. To be honest, that was the kind of family i was expecting before i even read it.

I'm sorry if you disagree, but this is wrong in so many ways.

I havn't watched all the clips from start to finish yet, due to lack of time i have at the moment, but the one scene i noticed him in is when they are in school and Edward is talking to Bella, and you get a quick shot of Mike watching them before sitting down at a table with a group of others.

I havn't watched the b-roll footage or the interviews, so i don't know if he appears in any of that.

#481 Re: Square Eyes » Post your recent DVD purchases » 12 Feb 09 :: 19:43

I really enjoyed Jumper. It's not the most fantastic film but it's very enjoyable.

#482 Re: Square Eyes » Post your recent DVD purchases » 12 Feb 09 :: 19:22

I have the DVD and the soundtrack and love them both to bits. It was a dead cert for me when the blu-ray was announced, plus new features and a gag reel makes it  even better.

#483 Re: Square Eyes » Twilight (contains spoilers for all books and the movies) » 12 Feb 09 :: 19:21

I havn't seen the movie yet but it was a good preview as i hadn't properly seen any clips from it. It would also the first time i actually got to see what Michael Welch actually looks like in it clearly.

#485 Re: Square Eyes » Twilight (contains spoilers for all books and the movies) » 12 Feb 09 :: 18:53

Just got a Twilight Promotional DVD in the post. I sent off for it from the newspaper months ago and forgot all about it. Not a bad DVD. Had the trailer on, some interviews, b-roll footage and six clips. 1 which had Michael Welch in.

What a lovely story from Guybrush_Lechuck i've just read on the Fanboys imdb board.

It seems the economic problems have finally caught up to me. I miss out on my 2 week holiday abroad this year.

Very nicely written review.

#489 Re: Chris On Screen » Fanboys » 09 Feb 09 :: 01:50

He was even thanked in one of the speeches.

He's been shown at the Golden Globes and now the BAFTAS. All that's left is an appearance at the Oscars.

#490 Re: Chris On Screen » Fanboys » 09 Feb 09 :: 00:27

Spending the night watching the BAFTA's and had the joy of having three seperate shots of Harvey the Hutt enjoying himself.

#491 Re: Chris On Screen » Fanboys » 08 Feb 09 :: 17:04

Sounds likes a great dvd but unfortunatly we won't know for sure until the press release is announced. For all we know, we could end up with a bare bones release.

#492 Re: Chris On Screen » Infestation (SPOILERS FOR THE MOVIE BEGIN ON PAGE 15) » 05 Feb 09 :: 21:40

Couldn't watch the quicktime video but found it on Youtube.

Although some of the effects look tacky, the film does however look funny.

#493 Re: Chris On Screen » Fanboys » 04 Feb 09 :: 23:09

Very Cool Photo. Shame about the absense of Baruchel.

#494 Re: Chris On Screen » Fanboys » 04 Feb 09 :: 18:44

It's great to see the Fanboys premiere finally happened. Jay Baruchel not go?

#495 Re: Chris On Screen » Fanboys » 04 Feb 09 :: 01:52

Here in the UK, Total Film has given their quick review on Fanboys and they give it top marks. This is surprising, as Total Film can be quite stingy on films like this. They describe it with the style like a 12A (PG-13 in US) Kevin Smith film.

#496 Re: Chris On Screen » Fanboys » 03 Feb 09 :: 00:39

Just been explaining to a mega Star Wars fan the story behind Fanboys and the problems we all encountered. He wanted to see the film, but never knew what was actually happening.

#497 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Randomness » 02 Feb 09 :: 09:35

Woke up this morning and the ground is covered in snow. I think we've had more snow this morning that we did the whole of last year. Apparently it's the worst snow we've had since 1991.

Couldn't get in the car so had to walk to work, only to find out everyone else was on their way home. tongue

Some great pictures there.

Don't know if this has been mentioned, but just found another clip from Fanboys on youtube that i hadn't seen before.

I noticed the LA pic on wikipedia the other day. I just assumed one of you guys changed it.
