What did we learn today, kids?
Brain surgeons still have incredible hand-eye coordination, even when they're drunk.
Alex and Izzie just made me go :crying: in that order.
I know! I had to look him up, cause I recognized him but couldn't place him. He's so cute. I hope he doesn't die.
This might be real but it's probably fake. Anyway um...
*drools a little*
I went to Best Buy after class today cause I needed a flash drive for school and ended up buying this. And the cheapest flash drive I could find. Priorities. I have them.
Then apparently Joan and I are one person with a lot of heads.
I wrote... something. It's Joan and God. Zero mention of Adam. Don't worry though, it's not "creepy" Joan/God. Basically, it's me ranting through Joan.
If I see it at Wal-Mart or something one night, I'll probably pick it up but I'm not gonna make a special trip out to get it. If I don't have it by August, I'll ask Shawn get it for me for my birthday
Actually, as far as Chris' young fans go (teens to early twenties), a majority of them will probably rent/buy it because of Kristen Bell. If I wasn't on this MB and I didn't know about the movie, I might look into it because I like Kristen Bell. I probably would pass on it though, because I really don't like Star Wars.
Just thought I'd throw that in there.
The logo is there, look closely at the bottom of the Chewie mask, you'll see it. And why did they have to cover anyone up? Couldn't he have just held the mask or something?
Kristen Bell only has one leg. Chris not having a head is worse.
I saw Liam, Shawn and Whinnie's mom today. Last time I saw Liam was at Whinnie's funeral and the last time I saw Shawn and Whin's mom was in October. It's Liam's birthday tomorrow, so we had a little mini party for him with cupcakes and lots of toys before he goes back to his dad's.
He's doing great though. He's really big, he can stand almost by himself now and he loves play-wrestling. He's starting school tomorrow at The Western Pennsylvania School for the Blind, which is really good.
If you're in the same network, sometimes you can see their profile. That's how I found a lot of Whinnie's friends after her funeral, we were all in the Pittsburgh network so I could see their profile. It also helped they were all already on Whin's friends page.
If it comes up just an empty box and name when you click the link, then their profile is private. Sometimes you can't click the link at all. Usually, if the link's clickable, it'll take you to a mini-profile, which shows the friends you have in common, if any, and their networks.
I posted a Helen/Joan fic. Helen doesn't want Joan to date Adam again, which causes... something I didn't get into.
And also, I took off the journal-wide adult content flag. My friend Meghin temporarily morphed into Grace and told me not to bow to the fascist hierarchy.
The church my mom and grandma go to used to do that. They wouldn't really review them, but they'd let us know if the movie was "morally offensive". It almost always was.
The whole PG-13 rating thing should probably tell parents that it's not suitable. I love stuff like that though, it makes me laugh. I just think it's hilarious people need websites to tell them they shouldn't bring their six year old to a PG-13 movie. What did parents do before the internet existed? "Can I take my eight year old to see Pretty Woman?!"
Thanks.
And I do know about RTWM, mostly because of the TV promos. I hardly ever go to the theater, so I probably won't see it until it comes out on DVD. Unless Shawn wants to see it and actually bothers to tell me, then I'll go see it with him.
I think when you posted it, I wasn't reading the message board at all. I just recently returned to the land of the living.
And I did know Linus died. I just forgot to tell him. So I did pay a little bit of attention here and there.
I totally didn't know Fanboys was playing in Pittsburgh. Shawn just texted me saying he just saw it. So naturally, I called him back and told him I need to report back on what a man would think: "Uh... it was really good. Chris died, so make sure you spread that around. And... Kristen Bell is really hot with black hair. And the bikini was really, really... very nice."
He's still talking about Kristen Bell. I told him a while ago that I wasn't going to see it because Linus didn't die, which is why he told me to spread it around. But I also thought it wasn't playing in Pittsburgh.
Do many people even pay attention to the credits anymore? Could it be a monetary thing?
Yeah, I just read the FAQ and figured everything out. I don't know how ratted me out, but I'm mad at whoever did. It says 50% or more of the entries had to have explicit content for the entire journal to have to be flagged, which isn't the case.
I logged out to look at my journal... everything's under a giant cut. It's really kind of annoying.
I've been thinking about moving everything somewhere else, but I've been putting it off. Like there's suddenly gonna be less to move instead of more. I might start on it this weekend.
LiveJournal finally caught up to me. Just like I thought they would for the last year and a half or so. They threatened to close my fanfic journal if I didn't mark that there was explicit content. So, now it's "marked" 18+. I have no idea what that really means, probably just that you'll need to check a box now that says you're of legal age and all that. I don't really know, because they know I'm 20 through my personal journal so they don't bother me.
I'm pretty sure flagging my journal as a whole will make them happy, as long as I keep everything under a cut. If it doesn't, I'll probably have to close down temporarily so I can flag all my entries appropriately. Or I might have to make it friends only and moderate the members. The latter of which would really suck.
So basically, read the smut while you can.
I'm having trouble today being repetitive today. Thanks.
Posted a new Adam/Grace fic. I'm pretty sure it started off in my head as an October Road fic, but it somehow turned into this.
The one with the earth in the middle of his head. The second one Huffington posted.
