lmao. That's how I am. Even if I have the DVD and seen a particular movie more than 3x, I still watch it when it comes on.. can't help it!

Dang, how did you get the DVDs for cheap, Melody?

"Dan in Real Life" is coming out tomorrow, right? I think I'mma get that, but wait 'till the prices goes down (online).

Hah, thanks. I just hope I sounded nice in my letter.. ohwell! smile

I know! I really want to do it, but then I don't because of the fact that I will be there with people I probably don't and won't like (I dislike most of the gals in my major ;/), so maybe it's better to just travel abroad on my own when I'm done with college- more freedom too, I guess. A lot of people say studying abroad was one of the best things they've done, but I'll just travel abroad than study abroad wink

And shoothoops! You're just the youngest thing! I'm sorry that you don't like your teachers; time is going by so fast anyway, so before you know it, you'll be promoting to the 9th grade.

I figure not, Deb smile I agree with Donna in the "RTJ" episode, ooohalalla:

Doree, nice green hair big_smile And the guy with you looks a tad like Chris Klein to me when he was in "Election."

#57 Re: Chris On Screen » Chris-Watch: Where and when to catch him on-screen » 10 Mar 08 :: 22:28

I was starting to think no one checks this anymore, haha. Were you talking to anyone in particular about "American Gun," Deb?

#58 Re: Square Eyes » Entertainment Weekly's 'Top 30 Under 30 - Actors' » 08 Mar 08 :: 01:41

Good list, but I still emailed them and mentioned Chris and other actors that they should have had on the list smile

#59 Re: Square Eyes » Amber Tamblyn » 08 Mar 08 :: 01:35

He stabbed them during/right after the movie? So he had a knife with him already? ..

#60 Re: Off Topic Stuff » "... like without too much singing." ::: Our Music Thread » 08 Mar 08 :: 01:31

I graduated high school when I was 17 years old as well, but it's only because my birthday is late ;P

And congrats, Mel! I wish I would be able to call myself a "senior" after May. I'll be three units away, haha. I might take Chemistry for summer school, but it's only one unit, so I'd still be two units away lol I'm still debating if I should study abroad in England and Scotland for the Fine Arts capstone, which is three units.

#61 Re: Joan of Arcadia » 2x19 Trial & Error » 08 Mar 08 :: 01:27

I thought "Do the Math" was another great one because he had to express Adam's conflicts without using actual words and though Adam already does that most of the time, his silence and actions really spoke for him in that episode.

#62 Re: Joan of Arcadia » Videos of Joan and Adam!!! » 08 Mar 08 :: 01:22

That was a good vid; I just favor A/J vids better, haha ;x

I love the other scene on the roof in that ep, too.  The one where she tells him, "There's a lot you don't know about me, Mr. Rove."  Smooch.  So.  Damn.  Cute!

AHHH! I love that part as well and especially after the little kiss when he does that little warmness shake.

The sweet thing about that kiss is how when she pulls away, he just stays there for a few seconds with his eyes closed.  Like he still can't believe she's his, like he's still just so grateful that they finally decided they had to be together.  That boy was so in love.  Sigh.

I liked what you said there; so true.

And more pics! (May be repetitive, but who really cares?)

Ooo, I love the new stills! There was one in the video where he was beside the wall with his foot on it :drool: Can't wait to watch this film! I understand Chris and Sean aren't in the center of everything, but the film as a whole looks very appealing. YAY for DVDs!

#65 Re: Fanart » Wallpapers » 27 Feb 08 :: 16:11

Was it you? I don't think you spoiled it for me. It was me looking at the graphics and read someone's little "recap" of it (dunno if it was in the same thread); don't worry, if that was you, no need to delete! I did set myself up for it.

I love "soft belly" big_smile With my belly and theirs, we can get pretty hot ... You know, when you're cold and you need to warm up; great body heat, I say!

#66 Re: Square Eyes » In Praise of Chris's Colleagues » 27 Feb 08 :: 16:06

It's cute that Justin don't really age-- like Keri Russel!-- anywhoo, thanks for posting. I was hoping to see Mary, but like you said, it is prob mostly father and son.

#67 Re: All About Chris » Miscellaneous Stuff » 27 Feb 08 :: 16:02

Oooh, I know publicist! I just always thought agent and manager were practically synonymic ;/ It makes sense when you put it, MANAGEr -- manages. Thanks! And no, I never watched "Entourage." I didn't get satellite/cable until recently, so it's hard for me to get into a show when I haven't seen the prior episodes. My friend is a big fan, so I decided to wait once she has all the DVDs. "Lost" is another show I've been wanting to watch, but I've missed a lot of seasons already, haha.

I bet Chris, if he finds one he really likes, will work on another satellite/cable show, eh? Less restrictions!

#68 Re: Fanart » Wallpapers » 27 Feb 08 :: 06:17

Stop it, Deb! LOL! You're making me want to procrastinate on my homework assignments even more and I can't afford to.

It's interesting that some of us prefer older, manlier Chris to the adorable skinny teen, and yet I think we all love him in all his guises.  Those of us who fell so hard for Adam will always have a soft spot for gangly teen Chris though, I bet.

^Oh, Adam will always be my #1. But I will always love my men with meat smile I don't care for muscle meat, I mean MEAT.

#69 Re: All About Chris » Miscellaneous Stuff » 27 Feb 08 :: 06:14

Wouldn't you, Susanna? Or at least something like "Hard Candy" where we're conflicted with his character.

Deb, that would be awesome if you guys got to writing it, but I understand it's a lot of time and work. *crossfingers* though! And whoops, my bad, I thought new management meant new agent.. I dunno the bizz ;/ I am very elated to hear about him going back to TV; glad the strike is over so that he can get back to looking! Smaller roles still mean him stealing the movies, like he always does!

#70 Re: Chris On Screen » Freddy vs. Jason (alternative title: Crap On A Stick) » 27 Feb 08 :: 06:08

I dunno, maybe most horror/thriller movies are like this (not my cup of genre, esp. if it's just for the sake of showing blood for entertainment purposes), but it was just really hard to relate and like most of the characters. I usually like it when I can feel sympathetic for someone, understand their point-of-view/why they do the thing(s) they do, or yes, relate to them in some level, but nope. It's like Snow White- she's a cool girl and you want to like her, but she's so stupid, yet she does have a relate-able factor.

#71 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Randomness » 27 Feb 08 :: 05:49

Yeah, he could have had sign-ups because doing it backward alphabetical order sucks as well (my last name starts with a C, so I'm usually not the first nor the last to present, which is good). Usually if I have a kick ass presentation or know I'll do well, I'd like to get it over with, but I haven't been feeling like that lately- maybe it's because they're group projects and they are weighing me down ;/ Why must I do everything?! These people want to become future teachers and yet they seem the most uncommitted and undesired to work hard. Sorry, had to vent neutral

#72 Re: Fanart » Wallpapers » 27 Feb 08 :: 05:37

Very! I'm glad. I will find out sooner since the graphic TeeJay made was wickedly hot and I'd like to know what happens wink

#73 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Randomness » 27 Feb 08 :: 05:34

*shudders* Good thing you got that over with. Hahaha, I totally talk too fast! I like to think I talk fairly loud enough now, but who knows. I assume your last name starts with an A? Gotta love the first letters of the alphabet.

#74 Re: Chris On Screen » Freddy vs. Jason (alternative title: Crap On A Stick) » 27 Feb 08 :: 05:29

I finally saw the movie when it aired on Sci-Fi on the 16th, but I don't really have much to say.. However, I must be frank and say that I got excited when Jason Ritter and Chris were on screen together, haha.

#75 Re: All About Chris » Miscellaneous Stuff » 27 Feb 08 :: 05:25

Goodness gracious! That's marvelous news. I did read how he was going to get a new management, so to hear he's with Hirsch's team, that sounds fabulous! Chris isn't the type to do just any movie in general, but I'm excited that yes, he could be in more leading roles- something he's been deserving for quite some time now. And please, play a psychopath, Chris smile
