Guess it slipped my mind to tell you about that I capped the late s1 eps a long time ago. Sorry 'bout that. Just go through them if you like. And tell me if you think I'm missing scenes that should have been capped (you too, Anne). It's been a while since I've gone through those and I'm not sure if I capped all the Adam/non-Joan scenes.

I uploaded the vidcap of Sean on Without A Trace in 2003 today:

I also uploaded caps of his one scene to the gallery. Check it out:

Off to clean my bathroom now. Oh joy.

Look who was in the CSI:NY episode that I just watched (ep 1x15)! Yes, it's Sam Huntington! And it's the first time I've ever heard his voice. I don't think I've seen him in anything before (no, I haven't watched Superman Returns, even though it's shown without dubbing right now).

So, anyone wanna see/hear him? I've uploaded the two vidcaps for you, just to get a taste of what Eric Bottler might be like. He plays kind of a bad kid in CSI:NY. Well, more like a tragic character kinda kid who gets wrapped up in some bad stuff. Poor guy. He's really good with the puppy dog eyes too. wink You go, Sam! Can't wait to see him in Fanboys. I bet there's gonna be some emotional Eric/Linus stuff. Judging from the pics, it seems that those two were pretty close.

Clip 2 from CSI:NY 1x15 'Til Death Do We Part

And why is it that Sam doesn't have any fansites out there? He has an official site, but there's not that many goodies on there. With all the vidcaps and photos and stuff that we have on our site, Chris's fans can call themselves so lucky to find all this stuff on the 'net. Guess we now need to find a way to add our site to the search engines and directories, but I'll take care of that later, maybe when the site goes officially online in October.

These caps are not new, that's why I didn't say anything. They've been up ever since the gallery has been set up in July, I think. I went through the late s1 episodes from the DVD for caps a long time ago, back when I got the DVDs. Check out the JoA section in the gallery, there's lots of late s1 eps already capped that I didn't do recently.

Nope, doesn't sound too convincing. But these are IMDb people. I tend to be very careful about IMDb information on the boards, but it does look like this movie might not be quite the star on the horizon. Shame, I would have liked to see Chris and Sean and Michael together in something good instead of something sub-average. But who knows, maybe this one'll turn out better than expected.

Still scanning the IMDb boards. And people don't seem to have a very high opinion of this one:

i was an extra in this movie and the movie was not very organized. i doubt it will even hit the festivals. maybe only dvd........

Or this:

It's hard for a movie to be organized when it's got a 23 year old film director who has no idea what she's doing and has rich friends to help finance the movie. it also doesn't help when said 23 year old director is spending all the film budget partying the nights away and getting wasted with one of the actors all the time too.

Or this:

me personally. if i was not an extra i wouldnt buy the movie because not a fan of highschool movies but being that i was im going to buy it just to see how organized they made it... every shot during the movie they were coming up with new things and the director was stone half the time

Or this:

the movie is about the last day of highschool . sex drugs parties....... thats all

Not sure if there's merit to any of these claims, so let's see what this movie will turn out to be like.

Someone else said this:

actually it's comin out September'07 but it's only gonna play at film festivals first.

EDIT: In February 2008 the movie was renamed from The Beautiful Ordinary to Remember The Daze. Just in case you're wondering...

I'm guessing Hutch has the funniest lines and is the most potty-mouth-ish of the five of them. So, yeah, he probably does steal the show. But we know that all we'll have eyes for is gonna be Linus, right? wink

I'm going through some of Chris's unreleased movies on IMDb, checking the threads if there's any inside info. Two people posted that they saw this movie at a film festival and that it was really good. Yeah, so when can we see it??

Someone posted the release date January 26, 2007. Wow, that would be two days after my birthday, and four days after Anne's. Not that we could see it that soon, but that's something. Right? (If it's true.)

#8386 Re: Chris On Screen » Graduation » 26 Aug 06 :: 22:59

Oh, and btw... the official Graduation website isn't working anymore. I wonder why.... Read that on IMDb and when I tried, it's true. You get redirected to some search page.

Someone was asking if the movie has been scrapped, and then someone posted:
I will have to respectfully leave answering any of those specific questions to the people whose job it is to answer them...which would not be me. And unfortunately, the IMDb board is not the place where that will happen. Sorry guys. But like I said before, the film is alive and well. Things just take time.

So there is hope, is there?

#8387 Re: Chris On Screen » Fanboys » 26 Aug 06 :: 22:53

I'm skimming the Fanboys thread at IMDb and here's some nice tidbits:

they showed a 4 minutes trailer at the Fan Film Awards (SD Comic Con) - presented by Kyle, Sam and Kristen. It was really good and it looks to be really funny.

I heard it is due to be out as an offical trailer by Sept or Oct. I don't think anyone was prepared to tape it since it was kind of a surprise.

Another person posted:

I saw a screening of Fanboys and have to say that I thought it was fantastic. I work in the film industry and I normally stay off these baords, but I want to do evrything I can to get the buzz going on this thing. I am a big Star Wars/Star Trek fan and I found the film to be wholy satisfying. Seth Rogan is hysterical as both the head Star Trek nerd and a Star Wars-loving pimp in Vegas. The cameos are all terrific, especially Billy Dee Williams. The fat guy from that Putnam County Spelling Bee play (Dan Fogler) steals the show as Hutch, an over-weight, unemployed Star Wars geek with an attitude. I highly recommend this film for all sci-fi fans, as well as fans of ROAD TRIP, and people who are looking for a just a really good heart-warming comedy.

P.S. If for no other reason, go just to see Kristen Bell looking FANTASTIC dressed in Leia's metal bikini.

And, guys, I guess it's out now, this person blabbed about the Leia costume. We haven't shared that with anyone so far, the leaking seems about to begin. Not from us, though.

#8388 Re: All About Chris » Your Chrissues of the Day » 26 Aug 06 :: 22:35

My Chrissue of the day is that I really wanna go to a convention where Chris will be promoting Fanboys. Gee, wish that would happen. Both that he's gonna be at a con and that I could go. The latter will probably not happen, the first one might.

#8390 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Breaking news: Smoking is bad for your health » 26 Aug 06 :: 17:13

Yeah, I guess you're kinda right about the smoking pic. But I have to admit that I don't really wanna replace it. I love the slightly grungy, with-an-edge look he has on that pic. Sure, I don't like that he smokes, on or off camera, but it's not like we can change it, so I'm okay with that pic staying where it is. You think it's gonna promote smoking in any way? Don't think so... And I might want to wave the non-smoking flag every now and then, but I wouldn't go as far as banning everything that has to do with cigarettes or other smoking-related things from the site.

And call me a hypocrite for using that pic and then ragging on smokers, but it's not like I go out there and protest against smoking in the streets. I just don't like smoking and people doing it, but I do tolerate it if I have to. Otherwise I couldn't go out to restaurants or bars or pubs at all anymore, because in Germany they haven't banned smoking in public places yet. I wish they would, though. One thing I won't tolerate is people smoking in my apartment or car. And that counts for everyone. Martin Lindow didn't ask if he could smoke when he was in my apartment, but if he had asked, I would have said no. If he'd just smoked and not asked (which he wouldn't have, but I'm talking theoretics here), I would have told him to put it out. Simple as that.

I guess we can safely say that once I get my Fanboys stickers, my car will officially be the first German car to carry it in the whole of Germany. Maybe even in the whole of Europe.)

Sean M. does the voice of Mac. I have no idea if he's the little guy. On the Cartoon Network website, Mac is a brown-haired boy and it says: Mac is a smart, creative, somewhat shy eight-year-old boy. He spends most of his time hanging out with Bloo and his new friends at Foster's, where he can stay safely away from his obnoxious bully of a brother, Terence.

Does that help?

Okay, so Deb.... if Sean turns up at that con you're going to, you make sure that you quiz him well about Chris, right? And then force him to give you his e-mail address, so that he can update us on Chris on a regular basis. LOL And it can't hurt to mention our website in, like, ever other sentence. Etch the URL in his brain. And bait him with saying we have some goodies of his on it as well. And make sure to mention the awesome eyebrows big_smile

Say, did any of the Mos Alba guys who went to the SD Comic Con see Chris's brother Sean? He was there, promoting a cartoon-show called "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends". I didn't even know he was there until today. Would have been fun to walk up to him, saying, "Hey, listen, I've been in this movie that your brother played in." smile

#8394 Re: All About Chris » The Brothers Marquette » 25 Aug 06 :: 23:57

What Sean has in front of him looks like some sort of trading cards. But what for, I have no idea...

And, hey, Sean and Amber could very well have had a nice chat. Actors meet behind the scenes at cons all the time, probably even one as huge as this one. And I'm sure if they did, Chris would have come up. Sean would have probably filled her in about what he's up to right now, unless she knew that herself.

So, Jorge, huh? I tried to explain to Anne in chat that it's pronounced Hor-hey. smile Like Jorge Garcia (Hurley on Lost). Guess we should quiz the Mos Alba guys if anyone saw or talked to Sean at the con.

Found more pics (source: http://fosters-home.com):

SM_SDComicCon1.jpg SM_SDComicCon2.jpg

And I believe he was promoting something called "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends", something cartoon-like animated: Sean does the voice of Mac in Foster's Home For Imaginary Friends. And now look here, I even found an interview: http://www.animationinsider.net/article … icleID=832

In the interview he says this:
My family loves to spend time together, and we do a lot of fun stuff. We like doing all the normal activities of California; like going to the beach, paintballing, cruises, watching movies, and etc. Again, my family is very close and any normal activity is unique when we are together. Some of the best memories I have of family time are during normal activities.

Family is most important to me in my life, and I spend a lot of time with them. My father and me are very close, and we spend a lot of time going to the movies or watching sports together (especially boxing, I'm a HUGE fan)! My older brothers (I have two, Eric and Chris) are my idols, and I look up to them so much, I love being with them. I have many friends, and two most important of all, Justin and Dominick (we call ourselves the Tripod). If I'm not with family or friends, I'm off buying a new CD or movie to entertain me.

My family definitely supports me, and my brothers and me do get a long great. My mom and dad are both there for me and help with my career when I need it. My agent and manager are also huge supporters, and I get a lot of help from my manager. My brothers are very close with me and we don't argue too much. We're getting older and I think I've matured into a good friend rather than an annoying little brother. In addition, the more I focus on acting the more support my brother's give me, as well as anyone else that supports me.

He's got his own tripod. How cool. I bet that came out of GND! You go, Sean! Soon someone will notice and make you your own website too. LOL And, see, Anne? Regular dudes, the lot of them.

Oh, and I think these are the trading cards he's signing: http://fosterstv.blogspot.com/2006/07/f … inary.html

#8397 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Breaking news: Smoking is bad for your health » 25 Aug 06 :: 18:42

Ooooh, I used to have this really disgusting picture of a human's body parts that can "go bad" if you smoke. It was really disgusting. Don't think I have it anymore, but posting this would make any smoker frown, at the very least. I'm not claiming it'll stop a smoker from smoking, because it's the same thing as losing weight or any other form of addiction. You gotta want to quit first, otherwise it just won't do any good.

Deb, when I was in Atlanta in May, they had the "Bodies" exhibition there. Heard of it? I've seen it when it was in Cologne, a couple of years ago. It's plasticized dead human bodies, prepared so they show different parts and systems of the body. Some people were disgusted and appalled by it. I found it very interesting. They showed a healthy lung there next to a smoker's lung. Disgusting. The smoker's lung was all black. Unbelievable how much tar you can accumulate in your lung. I also think it said that when you smoke ~20 cigarettes a day every day for a year, the amount of tar that accumulates in your lung can fill a coffee mug. Ewww. (If the exhibition is still there in September/October and you're interested in that kind of thing, I'll take you.)

Yes, sure I'd love Chris and every other smoker to quit smoking, but what leverage do I have? All I can do is hold up my non-smoking flag and wave it in people's faces, annoying the hell out of them. And that's what I'm doing right now.

PS: I found a few cool and maybe also controversial ads on an Australian anti-smoking site:

daube2.jpg daube_comb.jpg

Also found the disgusting "Smoker's Body" image. Look at it at your own risk, it's very very disgusting. Don't say you haven't been warned:

Hi Ken, nice to have you here too now! This board is so much more pleasant to use. Those ads really stink.

You're welcome for the help with the KB pics, not that it did much good. They are spreading faster than you can ask people to remove them. Have you managed to get those two shots off IMDb? Maybe you could ask an admin to remove that post if the poster doesn't do it him/herself. I haven't checked the Fanboys thread lately, I have to admit.

Thanks for the go on the CM pics for our Fanboys - Behind The Scenes section. It's so cool that we can show these pics, they're pretty much exclusive, I should think. You guys rock!

Look at this from Sean's latest The 4400 appearance:

SM_The4400_3x12_05.jpg

Taking aside that this is a horrible picture of Sean, in the lower right hand corner it says "assassinated TJ" and "awaiting trial for murder of TJ". Oi! LOL

It also says born in 1985. So he plays someone who's slightly older than he really is, right?
