i am not so much shocked, since i have read some time ago he was ill and he was also 83 but i am sad. i loved paul newman. i do have 2 of his movies. i think i saw a cat on a hot tin roof at least 10 times, i sort of know it by heart but i can still watch it.
cool pictures indeed. but i was really amazed by the plane seats. i've never see seats like that.
deb congrats. i am not joking now. i am really trying to at least cut back on the amount of coca cola i drink and i am not managing very well.
i checked his profile too on imdb. i would like to see that movie door in the floor or something like that. looks interesting. anybody seen it?
and about fringe, somebody asked me if i am going to watch it because i like joshua. well i did and i have to say i am not impressed at all.
i had no idea ben foster has a brother. and a good looking one i might add!!!
tee jay your schedule sounds very tiresome. i hope you can manage to get some rest.
i like the pictures of viena very much. i only spent 2 days in viena and they were not even consecutive and i one of them rained like crazy. still it left me with the impression the it is a city worth visiting.
here is a silly pic of me in my very cold and rainy day in viena
the dream indeed
i love Rob Knepper too. i have not seen him in anything else but he is awesome in prison break. i think he was the best part of the show. the acting and also the way the character is scripted are great.
i don't think that sara and michael have no chemistry , i think the way the relationship was scripted was bad. it's not the actors it's the script. plus killing her and saying she wasn't really killed reminded me too much about dallas ( i hope you know what i mean. it's this very old show ). and unfortunately i dislike in series when the life of the actors interferes with the life of the show. i mean i understood that sara had to go because she was pregnant.
anyway i can rewatch season 1 anytime
tee jay, i was talking about the male co-star from the dinosaur series. i looked it up on imdb because i did not remembered the name well. it was a series called " dinotopia " co-staring wentworth miller and a guy called Tyron Leitso ( the other good looking guy in my opinion ). the series is like for little children but the guys were so hot i had to watch it. :embarrassed:
as far as dominic purcell , i really don't like him. i think his acting skills are as good as a the ones of an elephant. plus it is so funny that his name translated in romanian means piglet ( purcel = piglet ).
girls, this sounds cool. i am a complete traveling freak so the trip alone sounds awesome. the meeting, the lunch date, the play , the poetry it's just a perfect package.
have fun girls ( not you need me to tell you this ).
i did watch season 1 and 2 . i loved season 1 and watched season 2 just because i loved the first one. and by the 4th episode of season 3 i gave up. it was getting too pointless. even if i like wentwoth miller, ever since i saw him in a series i am ashamed to admit i watch only because of him and the other male co-star ( it was something with talking dinosaurs :embarrassed: yes, i know i am lame  ) i could not watch prison break anymore. it just looked too much like something that had an idea at the beginning and then continued with something else only because it was successful and made money.
but i do hope to see wentworth in something more worthy !!!
i don't know how things really happened. but usually i hate the excuse " my friends made me do it ". this is the reason this movie made me mad and made me sad and made me wanna kick some butts. the one that wants the killing is emile's character. nobody else wants it and yet all the others make it happen. if anybody would have said" no" things would have been different. i happen to hate the people who just stay on the side and do nothing thinking that they are not as bad as the ones that do the deed.
i'm sorry, maybe this comes from living in a ex-comunist country but trust me when things are going wrong you have to say something or they will get worse.
ok, so i finally saw the movie. i liked the movie a lot. i may not sound as enthusiastic as other people but i did liked the movie. i was in the theater for 2 and a half hours and i did not get bored. i went in expecting a batman movie and i got a damn good one. i was with friends and one friend was not at all familiar with the idea of batman and she did not like it so much.
as far as action movies based on comics go, this is the best one. it has the less silly things in it. it is mostly a serious tale about human behavior and it manages to blend the moral issues with the action stuff without looking lame and i think this is very hard to do.
i don't even have to say how great heath was. but i was very sad every time he was on the screen.
the whole cast is great ( i could have done with a lot more shoots of cristian bale jumping shirtless in the ocean - just joking ).
so i guess this is a different kind of an action movie and i really liked it.
finally the movie made it to a theater in my town. i am going tomorrow!!!
deb, i really wanted to see the sisterhood movie but now i really want to see the sisterhood movie
and the reason you restrained yourself is????
give us shirtless everytime :embarrassed:
i am going to see this movie. but i don't know how. this is getting annoying. here in my town not even the dark night has made it to the theaters yet  grrr, i am envious of the american public. you have film festivals and good dvd shops.
deb, how could i not know kevin zegers ??? not only is he good looking but he acts pretty good and i saw him in pretty good movies. i keep looking for "the stone angel "
somehow lots of the young actors don't get noticed enough. for sure in romania if i say chris's name or kevin's people would like : who???
but moving on to more happier topics such as good looking people i did not got an answer as to whether the stars can only be movie stars. so if i am posting out of topic feel free to remove my posts.
he's not a movie star , but he sure is good looking and comes from a string of good looking people : andrea casiraghi ( damm, those royalties in monaco are hot )
wentworth miller, i know he has a very obvious kind of good looks but he is still hot for me and made me watch the first 2 seasons of prison break.
nicholas rogers, i don't know how he looks like now, but when i was a child i had a huge crush on him. he was the dark prince in an italian show called " fantaghiro ".
i have a thing for french guys, so here is another one : guillame canet ( i saw him as an actor and liked him a lot and i also saw a movie he written and directed and he seems to be good at that too )
god, good looking people never end and i haven't even gone to my classic loves like paul newman and robert redford
that picture of river phoenix with his co-star from running on empty got me melancholic. i tried to get this movie and dogfight on dvd but i did not find them yet. maybe one i will. the sad part is i only saw each of them once . the damm tv people give reruns of all the crap movies in the world but when it comes to good movie god forbid to show them again.
do pictures of stars mean they have to be movie stars or they can be also sport stars???
ok, moving on to good looking people. i love lots of the ones already posted.
here are some of the ones i like and i did not already saw here:
diego luna
ok, i will stop here. but i am a sucker for good looking men so maybe i will post some more.:embarrassed:
have a great 18th birthday !!!!
and happy belated b-day for rick!
ok, i just saw this movie. it sucked. i mean i had this feeling when i started to watch it and when i got what was going on that it could be interesting but it just went on to being incredibly silly.
i liked chris's role as pete. at least i sort of understood his character. he had sort of a guiding line. he was not a bad guy but he was weak and could not overcome his cowardness ( is this a word? sorry if it's not :embarrassed: )
but nick's and annie's characters had kind of no point. it was not explained why they were the way they were.
i think the movie is just too bad to be worth going on and on about what was wrong with it.
there is a coca-cola museum???? as in the drink " coca-cola " ??? if i got it right and it is the drink, i must say i am a fan
i actually had some pepsi-cola/coca=cola fights with some friends .
happy birthday for sean!!!
i guess i am late i this thread. i watched all the euros, even after romania had to leave.
i am very happy for spain. i like this team a lot . they play great football!!!! so congrats to spain!!!
well i must confess that all the good looking guys help watching the games i was devastated when sweden had to leave, those guys are hot
