But yeah, I agree.

Found some pictures on gossipcop, she wore a yellow wedding dress, which looked really beautiful. They had some kind of "wedding in the woods" at a beautiful scene.

Game of Thrones. I've become so much addicted to that show, I didn't even know that was possible. And there are only 10 episodes each year!  neutral

We should swap places for a while. lol

#104 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Road Trippin' » 01 Sep 12 :: 16:49

I would love to do a road trip through the US and visit all you great people and some other ones.

#105 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Randomness » 01 Sep 12 :: 16:48

Well, it is not 100 percent sure yet, but they invited me to an "orientation day" and the invitation said I shall sign my working contract there and get my security vest and shoes. I guess that means I'll have a job soon.  smile

Another new project. That's awesome, even if it's another indie I'll probably never get to see.

#107 Re: Chris On Screen » Chu and Blossom » 28 Aug 12 :: 18:43

You know what, looking at this picture makes me actually think my mom was right in pointing out Chris kinda looks like my brother. In some pictures I can see it, too. Anyway, it's a great pic and he looks mighty fine. And my brother looks a lot older.  wink

Eisenberg and Leo should be great in a movie together, I'll put that one on my list.

What a cute dog, Deb!

So, I don't know how much I've told here, but I had a couple of job interviews over the last few days. The first one was for a museum near here, and I had this interview via Skype, that was a completely new experience, but it went great. In the end I didn't get the job, though. Although I was really interested it wasn't that big of a tragedy because it would have been only for a couple of months anyway.
The next thing was last week and it was something of information meeting (or whatever you call that) for amazon and tomorrow is the real job interview. I have never considered working for amazon and although I am not sure if I can manage but I definitely want to try. The only thing is that the job is supposed to start in mid september and I have a short trip to the northern part of Germany planned in late September/early October. I guess I'll have to see how it will work out. Wish me luck, please!

My parents like Spain a lot. Me, not so much, somehow. I'd rather go to Copenhagen, too. And this is what I am planning to do once I can afford a vacation trip.

New Orleans? I am SO there.

And in case you didn't notice, I'm back from France.

Aw, thanks! I would love to spend my birthday with you!  smile
I could actually fly to Atlanta from Stuttgart directly. If I had the money. lol One day I'd like to do that. Maybe for another Dorquette meeting some day. I shortly thought about going to Denmark or Sweden, since I've always wanted to visit those countries, especially now that I made friends with a Swedish girl last year. But she lives in the northern part and there will be so much snow in her town and it will be f***ing cold there. And I hate snow and cold!
So I need to think of something else for now. But yeah, going abroad would be nice for a change.

Speaking of going abroad, I'll be heading to France for a few days next week. My parents are taking me on this road trip to do some sightseeing at some castles and Paris, of course. I haven't been to Paris in ages, so I am actually looking forward to it, although I didn't want to go on vacation with my parents again, but since they invited me and It'll make a nice change of scenery for a while I accepted it.

My 20ies were so bad, I don't have any expectations to my 30ies. lol Or maybe they can only get better, because there is no worse than the 20ies I had. Completely wasted.
I don't know what I'll be doing or if I'll be doing anything at all, since I have no job yet, therefore no money and also, I don't fancy another birthday with zero friends and only my family. Sometimes I think I want to spend that day somewhere in a deserted hut in the woods in Canada or something like that.

#115 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Birthday Thread » 28 Jul 12 :: 22:49

August 22nd? That's my sister-in-law's birthday as well. lol And it's also exactly five months prior to MY 30th birthday. I am already dreading it ...

#119 Re: Chris On Screen » The Odd Way Home » 10 Jul 12 :: 19:21

Well, he told us he wanted to do another movie like The Tic Code. This could be it, huh?  smile
It should be interesting seeing him playing a guy with Autism.

#120 Re: Chris On Screen » The Odd Way Home » 06 Jul 12 :: 20:49

Looks interesting. Let's hope it'll be something we will actually get to see sometime.

#122 Re: All About Chris » Miscellaneous Stuff » 03 Jul 12 :: 18:58

It just needs a proper background.  wink

#124 Re: Square Eyes » True Blood » 03 Jul 12 :: 10:04

I tried reading the first one but the writing was too horrible to get past the first page. I've become addicted to the show, though.

#125 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Goodbye Nora Ephron » 01 Jul 12 :: 18:59

I've been watching When Harry Met Sally pretty much all my life. I even own it on DVD now.
