Hey, whose Liam? Do you have a son? 6 could be 2006, huh? My kid's birthday numbers are (day, month, year):
16, 12, 1
3, 1, 5 and
7, 12, 6
big_smile

Tell me those and I shall write them a bedtime story with that plotline. Hopefully it's suitable for children. :rofl:

Oh, and hey my JTT's bd numbers are 9, 1, 8 (january 9th, 1980), what do I get for those? Maybe I could get him to read something from my pen if I wrote him a superherostory or some erotica... wink

I stayed up 'till 3.20 am last night. Read the first Bella-part, was it about 120 pages. Then I thought I had to get to bed even if it left with such a cliffhanger I wanted to keep reading till I drop. So ofcourse I couldn't sleep thinking how it could continue. I rolled in bed until 4 am and then dreamed Twilight-dreams! lol That's a first! I've never before dreamed of book characters the whole night! big_smile And I got to sleep 'til 11am so I kinda saw a 7 hour Twilight-movie last night! :rofl:

#1428 Re: Square Eyes » Post your recent DVD purchases » 16 Nov 08 :: 13:05

You'll never guess what I just ordered from cdon.com! lol

:embarrassed::embarrassed::embarrassed::embarrassed: As if JTT didn't already have lots of fun watching me exersize... wink

And also I ordered Koss SparkPlug. It goes inside the ear. I wonder if it will sound as good as the ones my brother had with him once...

And since these two purchases costed over 16 euros, I had an extra special offer and got one DVD for only 7 euros. I picked a double DVD with Alvin and the Chipmunks & Night At the Museum (2 disc). big_smile Something for me, something for the kids.

Oh, that's what that movie is about. I had no idea about the plot. Looks pretty good. big_smile

Not a whole lot of Chris there. I could barely recognize him. How big is his role anyway?

#1433 Re: Square Eyes » Supernatural » 14 Nov 08 :: 20:17

Oh, it must suck dubbed. Sam and Dean have such sexy voices it's almost half the reason to watch the show. lol Maybe you guys can find it somewhere online. I'll bet in US you can find it on WB's site. I highly recommend. The show keeps getting better and vetter every year. big_smile

I love this new season of Supernatural. I've been laughing like a crazy person for most of the episodes. This is the funniest bit: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bgd30bjQmes
And not just funny, the storyline is getting more and more intersting. That angel-dude is hothothot. And Jared Padalecki is getting hotter every year.. Not a boy anymore, smoking hot Man. Jensen is pretty hunky too.

Any other Supernatural fans here? I tried checking but I guess there's no Supernatural-thread yet, atleast on Square eyes.

Hey, here's a question. If Chris was to quest star in this show, in what role would you like to see him in? big_smile I'd say maybe another hunter. He would make a pretty good bad guy too, maybe a demon or one of those black-eyed posessed people. What do you think?

#1435 Re: Square Eyes » Heroes » 14 Nov 08 :: 18:26

Hey, anyone seen the new eps of Heroes? big_smile I like this superfast new girl. big_smile The storylines are getting all twisted again. Can't wait to see what happens next. The deal with Peter's dad is somewhat annoying. How could he try kill his own son?! A-hole... He should just untwist his panties... I hope someone wacks him off soon...

Hey. I don't remember if you said to me something about this. Anyways, I'm on YM right now and I added Tina, Anne and herromance to my friendlist. I'll try to remember to log in meebo more often now. big_smile

Does Deb have the same ID there as she has here?... and apparently in a lot of places. big_smile I'm now cappugirl in a few forums I came across this week. Say hello if you recognize me somewhere! lol

I thought so too. Then I found his HP:GOF- clips on youtube. They were pretty bad on quality. I'm not sure if we have that movie here somewhere. hmm Kids propably distroyed that one too.

Yay, my kid just came from school and picked my Breaking Dawn from the mailbox. big_smile

Have you see this spoilers q&a vid yet? It's the director and some of the actors that haven't been on the media so much.

Made me smile. And Taylor was cute embarrassed in the beginning. big_smile He stole the show. In the end he went to the growd and kissed some fangirl. big_smile The other actors were pretty cool too, and the director of course. big_smile Good thing I found that vid, cheered me up. Usually screeming like that makes my ears hurt. lol

Do you already know twilightguy.com? This is one of his posts.

HE PROPOSED WITH BELLA'S ENGAGEMENT RING.

I love my girlfriend, and I have to say I love her a lot more than Robert "Robward" Pattinson or Edward Cullen loves her. I love her so much I intend to marry her one day.

We've been going out for seven and a half years now and every day has brought me something new, but none as much as her latest obsession of the Twilight books. You see, Marianne and I met in high school when we were sixteen years old, and being introduced to Twilight made me feel like I was dating my sweet sixteen year old girlfriend again.

Unlike some of the other guys I know dating girls obsessed with the books, my girlfriend never insisted that I read the series, but her obsession was making me curious. Now being as obsolete to books as I am, I walked into a book store forgetting the name of the Twilight novel and asked for a book with a girl holding an apple. I intended to surprise my girlfriend by reading it before she inevitably asked me to.

Anyway, the clerk behind the counter was a man, an old man, and he showed me Snow White.

I knew it wasn't that… so I decided to look for myself and ended up finding Eclipse. It was a small bookstore and I was too scared to get caught buying Twilight in a larger one like Borders, so I bought Eclipse instead and read it. All of it. The Edward character inspired me to want to propose to my girl even sooner than before because he reminded me of how much I loved her.

A few nights later after reading the book, Marianne was intending to buy a t-shirt to wear to the opening release of Breaking Dawn in August and she had the Twilight Teez website open on her computer. I promised I would buy her the shirt and that's when I came across Bella's engagement ring.

It finally arrived three months later (give or take) and my plan was simple. I had bought a new bed frame despite there being nothing wrong with the old one. I even went so far as to get one with rose panels. She was confused when I showed her the new frame, but then I intentionally proposed to her the same way Edward did,

"I promise to love you forever - every single day of forever. Will you marry me?"

But it was her face that was most priceless, when she recognized the words I was saying and the ring that she was staring at in its black velvet box. Her reaction was dissimilar to Bella's -- she screamed and nodded and said "Oh my Cullen!" a lot -- and I kissed each of her fingertips and the ring that was now hers. I've since read all other books in the Twilight series and we plan to get married next Spring."

Oh.. %#¤%!&"%"%! Where the heck is my copy of Breaking dawn???!!! :fedup: Why does it take so damn long for the books to arrive now... It says on my play.com info it was sent the 5th. It's been 8 days already. Last time I ordered books from them it was 8 days too. If it isn't in my mail box tomorrow, what the heck I'll do all weekend? Oh wait, I do have some DVD's I haven't seen yet. Like The sisterhood of the travelling pants... that I ordered from the same place as the book, day later and it arrived earlier this week.. Is it about the weight? hmm The first book came in four days or so.. keeps getting longer and longer.. I'll bet next month, when I'll order The Host, it'll take three weeks...

I like the soundtracks that are in Stephenie's site. There's a soundtrack for each book. big_smile I'm not suprised if Twilight soundtrack is selling well.

What's Babylon Cop? I actually put it as search word for imdb and came up with nothing. big_smile Sounds watchable movie. big_smile

play.com about the book Flush, by Carl Hiaasen. Oh, spoilers.

Noah's dad, Paine, is a kind but slightly irresponsible fisherman, passionate about saving the local Florida aquatic life. When Paine discovers that a local businessman is running a scam from his casino boat, he takes the law into his own hands, sinks the boat and ends up in jail. The scam involves releasing the effluent from the boat's toilets directly into the water, to avoid the cost of disposing of it safely. Noah and Abby, his sister, take up the fight on Dad's behalf and enlist the help of Shelly, former girlfriend of Dodgy Businessman. Shelly knows that DB is up to no good and comes up with a plan to prove it. She gets a job as a barmaid back on the casino boat and plans to sneak a huge load of coloured dye into the toilets. Meanwhile... Noah and his sister have never known their paternal grandfather but have always been told that he died in mysterious circumstances in South America. As they delve deeper into the mystery, an elderly stranger turns up and seems to be watching over them, even intervening to save Noah when he's being beaten up by DB's horrible son... On the night planned for Shelly's mission, Noah and Abby are watching from a small rowing boat.Unfortunately they are spotted from the deck of the casino boat by a violent thug who works for DB. As he raises his gun to take a shot at the kids, he is pushed aside by the mysterious old man. When the toilets are flushed that night, the bay turns orange, the coastguard are called and the terrible scam revealed. Dad gets let out of prison and of course the stranger turns out to be their grandpa!

Sounds exciting. I'll bet Mike sounds great reading it. Lots of funny voices. big_smile
You got me all excited and it's a children's book. lol Mm, might get it anyway if I find both the audiobook and the book together. Might be a nice way to start teaching our kids a bit bilingual. They are getting into this TV-show that's part english, part finnish...

Hey, how come I've never heard of this writer. He's written so many books.. some for adults too.http://www.play.com/Books/Books/6-/Sear … chsource=0

#1447 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Randomness » 13 Nov 08 :: 08:03

JTT told me yesterday that lots of his co-workers thought it sucked too. They thought it was a good action movie but didn't really come out as a Bond-movie. JTT explained that the new Bond should only be watched right after Casino Royale since the timeline continues straight from there. I figured that much. Maybe that is one of the reason I didn't like it. Well, I'm passed that bad movie experience now. big_smile

I too do both those things. Stick thru the entire movie even if it has a slow start or something. It has to be seriously disturbing or crappy for me to stop in the middle. I want to give all movies a chance. You never know what will come up if you don't stick to see it. And one of the reasons is that some people did a lot of work to do the movie I'm watching and I feel like I should watch it all before judging it.
And I do the end credits thing too, sometimes, when there's a good song or there's some name I want to see. Or it looks like there might be some cool crazy credits. big_smile

Um.. So yesterday was the night JTT had the movie night. I got to go with him, kind of a last minute thing. I've never been a fan of Bond, especially the new ones. Some older ones I've liked. I decided to go with JTT 'cause I thought I couldn't possibly ever have a bad time in that movie theater. I love the place. And it's been so long since I last got to the movies with JTT, I wanted some us-time.

Well, I would have had more fun sticking needles under my nails. Not only was the Quantum of Silence the worst Bond movie I've ever seen. I'd say it was a bad movie, period. It was like watching a Van Damme- movie. I just sat there, waiting for it to be over. Longest 90 minutes of my life. There was only one scene I liked a bit and it was at the end of the movie with the fire and explosions. That's weird I don't usually like explosions. I liked the bond girl and she got her revenge. It was the first Bond I saw with Craig and I don't like him. He even looks more like a villain than a hero. There was this one moment in the end of the movie when one of the villains screamed a bit like Chris did in Just friends. big_smile

There was free martinis for everyone before the movie started. There's a bar in the downstairs of our theater. We sat there for half an hour before the movie started.
