Yeah, I saw the ep just the other day and had exactly the same thoughts. LOL

#6503 Re: The Bullhorn » A Brief History Of The Dorquettes » 27 Jan 07 :: 16:45

Here is something new: I bought a new MP3player a few days ago and since it actually plays music, I decided to call it "Miles". big_smile

#6504 Re: All About Chris » Chris at the FX Show in Orlando, FL » 27 Jan 07 :: 16:44

Me too!
That sucks. Nowadays everything is about money, huh? Hey, if I should become rich and famous someday, you can have as many autographs as you want for free. LOL

Well, I guess these organizing people kinda want to lower the chances of fans stalking the actors.

Yeah, that's what I guessed too.

Well, except for the two Klingon actors, who wanted money for their autographs.

WTF??? They wanted MONEY? Boo. Not nice.

#6507 Re: All About Chris » Chris at the FX Show in Orlando, FL » 27 Jan 07 :: 11:36

Aaawww, that sucks. But well, we kinda had to face that this would happen. This con is hard work in the first place.
But I will definitely still wear my Fanboys Shirt today and also cross my fingers.

Sorry if I'm being so negative (Deb would whack me for it), but how can you not get frustrated when you know Chris has so much finished stuff out there which we just don't know if it'll ever come out?

I know what you mean ... hmm

I myself actually prefer him in the dramatic roles. I mean, he's great at comedy, but I just dig the way he can make you cry. I was gonna write something about that in the Grey's Anatomy thread in a minute or two, so come over there for more discussion about TDA (tear duct action).

Oh yeah, I'm a cry-baby, too. But I'm also able to do that crying because of laughing thing with comedies. LOL

Ah well, I look forward to see this ep as soon as your next package arrived. LOL

#6512 Re: Chris On Screen » The Invisible » 27 Jan 07 :: 11:09

Yes, we did. LOL
Now imagine if there would be a theater where they'd show all his movies one after the other. "Spend three days in a row in you cinema!" LOL I would definitely participate. LOL

#6513 Re: All About Chris » The Magic of the Fanboys T-Shirt » 26 Jan 07 :: 21:17

I'll definitely wear it. I'm supposed to meet my friend Nathalie, she's going to invite me to a movie for my birthday. We're going to see "Night at the museum" with Ben Stiller. Hey, maybe wearing the shirt to a movie helps a little more, even if it's not a Chris movie. LOL

#6514 Re: Chris On Screen » Alpha Dog (STRONG LANGUAGE & ADULT CONTENT) » 26 Jan 07 :: 21:15

Wow, cool pictures! That makes me ... a little ... jealous. LOL

#6515 Re: Chris On Screen » Fanboys » 26 Jan 07 :: 21:13

Yeah, that's strange. I really hope, they'll put up a website. The movie certainly deserves it.

Hi Tayler and welcome to our forums.

Ah great, now I can download them and delete the old folder. smile

#6519 Re: Chris On Screen » ER And An Educated Guess... » 25 Jan 07 :: 20:20

And me. Thanks to you. big_smile
Well, I became a fan of ER very late because we did not have cable before we moved to here. I grew up with having only three channels, so I missed a lot of American TV. But nowadays, I'm also a fan and can enjoy watching reruns on Kabel1 once in a while. It just sucks that they are dubbed but the only undubbed television I get is MTV.

#6520 Re: Chris On Screen » ER And An Educated Guess... » 25 Jan 07 :: 20:14

I heard about that. But that's not as weird as calling a girl Michael. At least I think so. wink

Very true. I agree.

And I also see the point in waiting for a movie to come out on DVD. I also don't like people who are making noise when they are at the theaters. I mean, I paid money for being able to see that movie, right? So I rather wait for the DVD. And since I hate watching dubbed movies, the DVD is better because I can watch the Original with subtitles or the dubbed version if I want to.

#6522 Re: Chris On Screen » ER And An Educated Guess... » 25 Jan 07 :: 19:44

Yeah, well, I was aware that it's not unusual in the US to give boy names to girls and girl names to boys, but I thought Michael is so clearly a boy's name that nobody would have the idea to call a girl like that. Obviously I was wrong. LOL

#6523 Re: Chris On Screen » ER And An Educated Guess... » 25 Jan 07 :: 17:49

Ah, okay. Thanks. Well, I don't know the whole ER cast by heart. wink

Found her on imdb: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0005230/
Whose parents call their daughter Michael??? yikes

#6524 Re: Chris On Screen » Alpha Dog (STRONG LANGUAGE & ADULT CONTENT) » 25 Jan 07 :: 14:40

Well, "Hirsch" is a pretty common Jewish surname. At least it seems to be. But yeah, I agree, it is a little funny. Although I personally don't care about if he's jewish or not or what surname he has.

#6525 Re: Chris On Screen » ER And An Educated Guess... » 25 Jan 07 :: 14:32

Was she also the doctor who treated him when he played that kid on ER?

Oh and by the way, I recently watched the Shawn Hatosy ER episode. Finally! Great Job. Would have been cool if Chris played the role.
