#101 Re: Chris On Screen » Graduation » 01 Jul 08 :: 16:56

ok, so i finally saw graduation ( yey me for catching up with chris's movies tongue ).  it's a very nice movie to watch on  a hot afternoon. even if the heist could probably never be pulled off like that , the whole story works nicely. chris's part is so funny and warm. i loved it.
but as for the life changing after high school , well, that part never happened to me so i can not relate to it. i have a job and all but i still have the feeling i have not found my path. i married but my godmother at the wedding and my mades of honor were my best friends from highschool ( they still are my best friends ). i wish i was all grown up and ready to rob banks tongue ( or maybe not really ) but i realized that growing up is something i have to fake because it's not coming naturally to me.

so the movie must be good if it made me go all bla,bla,bla..:embarrassed: sorry for rambling , i felt a need for it :embarrassed:

#102 Re: Chris On Screen » Remember The Daze (formerly The Beautiful Ordinary) » 25 Jun 08 :: 11:54

i just saw this movie last night. i have to say that if it was not for chris beeing in it and you guys talking about it i would have abandoned the movie after the first 10 minutes.
chris's role is fun to see and actually i think everybody had good acting skills but the movie just did not click for me. it had no point which i can understand was sort of the point. but it just did not make me feel for the characthers and it did not make me go " oh yes, i remeber when i was like that ".

but it was good to see chris in a movie again ( and not just chris big_smile ) and the subject was ok for 3 in the morning. big_smile anyway i hope i can get graduation also to see.

#103 Re: Square Eyes » Guilty Pleasures » 20 Jun 08 :: 00:08

lol it's nothing better then a guilty pleasure.

i have nothing to say in my defence about liking  theese ones :
dirty dancing : havana nights -  still think diego luna is hot :embarrassed:
lots of cartoons - i used to have " jungle book " as a tape. now i have it as cd and i also have " 101 dalmatians " and " the aristocats "
10 things i hate about you :embarrassed:
harry potter
karate kid ( the original one - god i can't belive but i still like this one and i am able to watch it again and again. sometimes i wonder about my iq ??? tongue )
pretty in pink and the breakfast club

and of course a very embarrassing one that is not about movies : i still like the songs from new kinds on the block - somehow they always bring me back to when i was 12-14 roll

#104 Re: Chris On Screen » Alpha Dog (STRONG LANGUAGE & ADULT CONTENT) » 19 Jun 08 :: 00:46

i just like to read people's impressions after they see this movie. the movie and the acting from all the cast made a huge impact on me and i like to see that other people felt the same.
and it's so true what editsound said about chris's role. he played it so good that i did not think about it until now. but chris is a part of the most important scene in the movie and indeed if he hadn't played the role just right it could have indeed ruined the whole movie. i did not think about that until now hmm

#105 Re: Introduce Yourself » hi » 19 Jun 08 :: 00:24

i am apologizing in advance if i get you all bored with this post. :embarrassed:
i am pretty upset about my wedding pics. but i won't talk about this because it makes me sad, the idea is that they did not turn out how i hoped they would.
the wedding did turn out how i wanted. i really needed for the weather to be warm because the half of the wedding was in the open. i had the religious ceremony outside. i live between a lake and the sea. the sun rises from the sea and sets in the lake. so i wanted to have the religious ceremony at sunset and stay and party until the sunrise and it did turn out pretty close to this plan. smile
everything was very beautiful but it's almost not existent in the pictures .:(  actually the pics that my friends took are a lot better then the professional ones.:rolleyes:
but i will upload some pics from the wedding too.

i saw charlie bartlett and it's really nice. plus i love anton smile
i am looking forward to seeing stop loss because it has joseph gordon lewitt and ryan phillipe .
and i want to see the dark knight but it makes me feel so sad. sad
and the pixar cartoons always seem nice so i want to see that too.
i also want to see speed racer because of the cast but the story sounds a little not my taste. but then again i was wrong before in making decisions about what a movie's story is going to be. :embarrassed:

#122 Re: Chris On Screen » The Girl Next Door (ADULT LANGUAGE!!!) » 04 Apr 08 :: 01:04
