Yeah. I am planning to try and get on here more now.

My day has gone right down the shitter. My neighbour has just passed away. sad She was very old, but was the perfect neighbour and so kind. My mum helped clean up her house on different mornings, and it was her who discovered her. I saw the ambulances turn up, but i didn't think it was major, as they seemed so calm when they came out the house. And then my mum called to give the news. sad I feel life has lost something special now.

My mistake. smile

Wow this must be like the longest gap between posts. lol

I'll be surprised if anyone on here has heard of it, but just bought this;

All that's left for me to get now this year is the big named releases like Star Trek, Transformers 2, Harry Potter and Terminator Salvation.

We're going to open up a youtube account just for it.

This is quite interesting. I've started teaming up with my best friends brother and working on making short films, with us starring in them as well. I've already started the script for the first one which is going well so far, and were hoping to start filming early next year, with his getting hosted hopefully by the summer next year. Would be interesting to see how it goes.

I actually went to school with one of the lead actor from the first two series; Nicholas Hoult.

#159 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Randomness » 21 Sep 09 :: 19:31

That must be what I was thinking of. There was two things mentioned on this board in the past I was trying to think of. One I think was that DVD Profiler, there other was a site where you can upload photos of an actor from different films. Someone did all the Chris appearances in films.

#160 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Randomness » 21 Sep 09 :: 19:10

So does anyone know of good sites to record DVD collections?

I think Simon likes that show, unless I'm mixing it up with something else.  Wish I had BBC America...  :(

Yeah, this is the show I like. I've got a feeling that the US version has been edited. I know the Region 1 DVD's are. It wouldn't surprise me, if your versions have less nudity. I know Americans can be a bit funny with nudity, especially with young people, who are still teenagers.

Obviously, I must have been on holiday when this thread was made. :lol:

I need some help. What is the really popular site where you can store a list of your dvds.

Also theres a site where you can upload photos of different actors from films. Someone on here showed what they had done for Chris Marquette, which had different photos from his films.

Anyone know what I'm talking about or have i completely lost you guys?

Oh, I see the European DVD has the stupid art too.  Damn.  Why do I have to hate almost every cover of every Chris-related DVD???  :fedup:

At least the movie's great.  Let us know what you think when you watch it, Simon.

Sure will.

Finally got this in the post;

It's funny cause I pre-ordered it, hoping it would come the day after my birthday. Instead, it finally comes 5 days after its release.

#167 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Birthday Thread » 09 Sep 09 :: 08:36

I would love to come to America some day in the future.

#168 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Birthday Thread » 08 Sep 09 :: 23:17

Of course that's what I mean. tongue I just need somone who i can actually interact with. I think that's why i have found it so hard to change. Because i've got no close friend.

#169 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Birthday Thread » 08 Sep 09 :: 22:50

Thanks guy. Now I'm 20, I just have a lot of work to get my life sorted. I need to find some friends for starters. lol

#170 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Birthday Thread » 06 Sep 09 :: 20:42

About that Deb, I know it's been a bit late, but I have this good feeling the Friday will be an available filming date. If all things go to plan, you should have it before Saturday.

#171 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Birthday Thread » 06 Sep 09 :: 16:01

Thanks guys. I've finally reached 20. big_smile

For anyone interested Blu-ray.com has posted their review of The Girl Next Door. They gave the film a 3 out of 5. neutral

Turns out Rachel Maddow had it last week, that's why she was off the air.  Thank heavens she's OK.

Simon, did you read the new Chris birthday thread?  You are gonna participate again this year, aren't you?

I've skimmed through it, but i've been so busy recently, I havn't had time to think about it properly, but I will  still be participating.
