I never in a million years would've believed I could hate Jobeth Williams so much.  And up until the last 2 minutes I was pretty p.o.'d at Pete!  Good episode, though.

I think there were once Martians in Rome, Wisconsin.   (NOT counting Ray Walston, though I could.)

Yeah, I think the movie was based on an older one from like the 40s.  And it's a good story.  And I'm glad she had a nice wardrobe.  But the production values were pretty lousy IMO.  Which I didn't find to be the case with "Wall Street II", which I saw because the showtimes for "Eclipse" were listed incorrectly, so I watched WS2 while I waited.    I thought it was actually not a bad movie, given that sequels are nearly always inferior to the original.

But if it, in ANY way, lead to that story :drool:, I guess I need to revise my opinion of it.  Loved "That Dress"!

Alexandri's got a lot of great stuff posted and FFN.  I loved "Starting Over", "We've Only Just Begun", there was a honeymoon story (really short) that I can't remember the title of.  And she had her own A/J body painting story that was almost as good as the ones TeeJay and Deb wrote.  Check 'em out if you're always on the lookout for good A/J fic.

Loathe the new format!  And it IS weird that they'd put an acting role down there among "self", as though it were a talk show appearance or something.  Or well, I can't remember what I did before IMDb, but sometimes it really annoys me. :fedup:

You're probably smart to wait, TeeJay.  I'll bet that as soon as all 5 movies are out, they'll have deals on a special boxed set that'll have more features and be a better price than the individual sets.

It's kind of an honorary thing, I think.  It's generally the daughter of an actor, usually one who plans to be an actor herself, and she's onstage during the awards ceremony.  Mostly she hands the awards to the presenters and shepherds the winners offstage after their acceptance speeches.

Yeah, I remember when I saw "Sliding Doors" when Gwyneth Paltrow got treated after being mugged.  You'd have a hard time getting treated without a purse here.  You've gotta love the National Health.

That guy just can't keep his filthy mitts off the 8:00 p.m. Friday timeslot, no matter how much damages he causes.  So sad!  But they've really had a a nice run.  I guess I'll just consider everything we got after they got Zuckered up until they were Les'ed to be a gift.  What a great show it was, one of my all-time favorites.

Yeah, I've got in on my YouTube playlist.  But it's so stupid not to include it on the soundtrack.  Especially since Weitz said on the movie commentary that it would be!

Does anyone know why "All I Believe In" by The Magic Numbers was omitted from the "New Moon" soundtrack?  I thought it was one of the best songs in the movie, and was thinking about buying the soundtrack mainly for that one song.  I'm bummed!
