Drool book is correct. :drool: just kept on coming as I scrolled down the pics.. oh, when I saw the Huff/James Cullen page... WOW! :alarm: Damn, he is just so... mmm

#202 Re: All About Chris » How tall is Chris? » 26 Jan 08 :: 21:29

Yep. There will be those that make your height greater than it is, but they're losers anyway ;P

#203 Re: Chris On Screen » Oliver Stone's Pinkville » 26 Jan 08 :: 21:17

Hahaha, "Chimpy McFlightsuit." Well, I must say that I am quite taken aback and saddened by this news. I hope Chris does get a chance to do something similar for another film then; actually, he'd be great in anything. So much for wanting to stalk them in Thailand! ;P

#204 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Randomness » 19 Jan 08 :: 20:58

Holy cow! I always thought it was easier to be cold because you can always wear a jacket, put on a fire, cover yourself with a blanket, etc. to keep warm than when it's hot 'cuz then you'd need shade, a fan or AC. I still stand by that, but my body cannot take the cold anymore! I still like it, but I'm not a fan of shivering (more often than I have).

It's so bad how us Westerners find anything less than 60 degrees "freezing," haha.

#205 Re: Chris On Screen » Oliver Stone's Pinkville » 19 Jan 08 :: 20:46

I figure it was because of the dang dates. I just got confused since you mentioned Terry (no idea who he is) was an extra on Nerds, so I assumed the ad to be semi-legit at least, unless his account got hacked or so. I want the movie!

#206 Re: Joan of Arcadia » Random JoA Stuff... » 19 Jan 08 :: 20:43

Do any of you know where Joan was filmed most of the time? I know during the "Recreation" commentary, Joe mentioned Long Beach.

But my real question is, in "Game Theory," is that the CSULB campus AKA, where Joan and Adam visited Dawson State? I even saw a tad of Brotman Hall and the infamous dang stairs I hate going on, haha. But who knows, maybe other campuses look similar to 'LB.. I'm going to hate myself if it was.

EDIT: It was the CSULB campus. http://chris-marquette.com/gallery/disp … =51&pos=34 I see the WAMU ATM! Everytime I need to go there, I'll be thinking, "holy cow, Chris Marquette walked through here" yikes

#207 Re: Chris On Screen » The Invisible » 19 Jan 08 :: 06:28

^No, I felt similarly. Usually I tend to get something out of movies, even if it was unintended, but with this movie, I got nothing- except that Chris Marquette is one phenomenal actor. But I think that was a given wink

#209 Re: Chris On Screen » Oliver Stone's Pinkville » 19 Jan 08 :: 06:11

What the... should we get excited that the movie is gonna happen then?

#210 Re: Joan of Arcadia » best JoA moments » 16 Jan 08 :: 05:44

Haha, it's not that bad regarding violence (since there are far more worst violent movies out there). The makeup was just done very well and same goes for the music and dialog. Oh, and the fact that it was based on actual events help. Or did not..

#211 Re: Chris On Screen » Chris-Watch: Where and when to catch him on-screen » 16 Jan 08 :: 05:40

Ooo, I didn't know he has more vids..

Deb! You knew of them? It's rare finding someone who has heard of them. I was really into Europop back in the day.

#212 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Randomness » 16 Jan 08 :: 05:36

So what's the chat room usually called?

#213 Re: Joan of Arcadia » best JoA moments » 16 Jan 08 :: 05:33

Hmm, I didn't think The Exorcist had too many violent scenes and it freaked me out. The famous "f**k me" scene stands out and her pissing on the floor, but other than that.. no, not too much. Again, I last saw the movie in 6th grade- almost 9 years ago. I plan to keep it this way.

I don't like movies that make me more paranoid than I already am, hah.

#214 Re: Chris On Screen » Chris-Watch: Where and when to catch him on-screen » 16 Jan 08 :: 05:30

I love me some old school Power Rangers! I do admit to still liking some boybands- such as yes, BSB and 5ive.

Chris Crocker? Is that the dude that made the video to "leave Britney [Spears] alone!"? I honestly have no thoughts or opinions toward him. I initially thought he was a joke and a girl at first, if that's what you mean? Haha, sorry if I didn't answer correctly. Why do you ask?

#215 Re: Chris On Screen » Miscellaneous Stuff » 16 Jan 08 :: 05:27

Damnit. How great it would have been to see him on the TV screen again!

I swear, I am cursed. Or, I curse those that I adore. Gahhh.

#216 Re: Joan of Arcadia » best JoA moments » 16 Jan 08 :: 05:22

yikes No! I plan to stay away from anything in relation to that area (exorcism). Have you?

#217 Re: Square Eyes » Misc Stuff » 16 Jan 08 :: 05:17

Yep! I have. I don't remember much of his scenes, though. I knew at the time I thought, 'hey, that's the guy..'

I don't even remember much of the movie in general. I just remember the family having a picnic and Jena Malone in the bathroom?

#218 Re: Joan of Arcadia » best JoA moments » 16 Jan 08 :: 05:10

I guess Chucky does look a tad like Rugrat Chuckie; their head is espeically shaped in a similar manner.. *shudder*... I need to think happy thoughts when I go to bed tonight.

Wow, Deb! I commend you on that one. I remember when Exorcist: The Beginning previews would constantly air on TV, I'd hurry and change the channel. Thankfully I'm usually looking down (doing my homework) or on the computer before I get to see anything. It's the damn eerie music! And everything else, obviously. It was hard to escape pictures of Linda Blair as the exorcist in jr. high because some people actually put the postcard picture on their folder *shudderx10000*.

Seeing the movie once in 6th grade is enough for me.

#219 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Randomness » 16 Jan 08 :: 04:58

Awesome. I bookmarked that as well. Thanks Melody!

#220 Re: Joan of Arcadia » best JoA moments » 16 Jan 08 :: 04:56

Chucky DOES NOT look like a Rugrat! I dunno what Rugrats you've been watching, Melody, lol.

Oh! It was from the show, Laura! Weird, and I was just watching "Romancing the Joan" before school. It works.

I find it amazing that I've seen some of your vids without knowing it was yours, haha. Does anyone else on here make fan-vids?

#221 Re: Joan of Arcadia » best JoA moments » 16 Jan 08 :: 04:28

Wow, that's not nice of your dad and brother. Yikes! Chucky used to freak me out as well. Now it's just the Exorcist and will continue to be the Exorcist. That was the one movie I had to constantly place my hands over my eyes.

Nice vid. I really liked the beginning; nice touch with the rewind/fast-forward sound effect as well, haha. It's cool knowing which scenes you picked based on the songs, ;P

How many DVDs do I own?

Depends on how you count them.

Actual cases = 820

Now if you don't count the box for box sets of films and then count the movies included the total is 877. TV series I count as just 1 regardless of how many discs are enclosed.

I have yet to actually count how many actual discs themselves I own.

Holy! How do you keep track of them all? Do you have a huge library rack?

#223 Re: Square Eyes » Misc Stuff » 16 Jan 08 :: 04:20

I remember having a crush on him because of "Tom and Huck" and him freaking me out after "Apt Pupil" ;/  RIP Brad.

#224 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Randomness » 16 Jan 08 :: 04:15

OooOooh, that's a neat site, TeeJay! Thanks for posting the link. I for sure would like to join you guys whenever you have them.

#225 Re: Square Eyes » Post your recent DVD purchases » 15 Jan 08 :: 06:42

So how many DVDs do you have exactly, Illinoisguy1? Deb and everyone else said I should be asking you that when I asked Melody, haha.
