BCMF, wow cool big_smile

My weekend plans... Right now it's friday evening 9.30 pm here. I'm gonna retreat to the tv and cuddle with JTT. We're watching Stealth from TV... I'm not in the mood for it but it's been so long since we last watched anything together... So I'll just enjoy the closeness. big_smile
Tomorrow we're going for one little girl's birthday. The tough part is, at the same time my friend would like to bring my Godson for me to take care of. I promised her a week ago. She's going to party with her hubby. And she wants to go at the same time as the birtday begins.. So just might be that I won't be going to the birthday. I'll be at home, in silence, listening music, a little me-time. Since my Godson is the most quiet, calmest baby I've ever seen. He just smells good and looks cute and sleeps a lot. big_smile Gotta love the babies that small. He's only about 10 weeks old. smile

Deb, I totally get the Morris crush. I've always had a soft spot for red heads. wink And he's very loveable, goofy guy. I had a hard time deceding my top five and still keep thinking it over...

I can totally remember every damn scene. I've watched it too many times. lol
My brother has the DVDbox with all three movies. I borrowed it from him and didn't give it back for a year... We live so far apart and didn't want to send it by mail.

Hey, I've got free piece of parenting advice to you all... Just incase some of you get a serious case of momentary insanity and deside to have kids... big_smile Don't get me wrong. Ofcourse they are adorable and loveable and parenting is very rewarding and so on. But there's always moments when I feel like I want to bang my head against a wall.. Like today. We just got back home from downtown. There was a trade fair at the marketplace...

Don't EVER EVER EVER leave the house with kids when you're hungry and tired. Especially to a place like that. And with kids like mine. Three little wild childs..They are exactly like the Scavo kids in Desperate housewifes. It really was the hunger that got me on the extremely annoyed state of mind. And the serious lack of parking space in this town that forces people to park and drive like idiots. I was planning to go to bookstore too (buy Twilight and some paper) and get me some chinese food but I couldn't find a parking space anywhere. And the kids started playing with their balloons. Like it wasn't hard enough to drive already... So I just gave up and drove back home. Yay, all the lights were green! big_smile Thank God, I was starting to think someone put a curse on me...

Well, something good came of it anyway. I didn't crash on anyone even tough it seemed like some people were aiming at me! lol Really boosted my confidence on my driving skills. big_smile One more week and I can say that I've had my licence for a year and have never crashed the car. big_smile Yup,Good reflexes are nice to have.

I just watched the four webisodes of Hellholes that was on the Infestation website. http://www.newbornpix.com/HH_home.htm

It was pretty darn good. :applause:
It looked great in every way. I just hope it would have been a bit longer. I could totally watch a real TVseries about it.

It was nice to see that guy again that played the Devil in the Reaper. :devil:

I don't know if this should be here or in fanfic section...

I was just watching some clips of Chris and had this idea. I'm sure it's not really an original idea. I'm sure it's been done before in some form..for some actors..

I was thinking, wouldn't it be great if we could create a whole new story from the roles he has already done? I mean we could take sound clips from his movies and arrange them so that we could tell a whole new story through them. And someone artistic could do a computer animated video to match the story.. I can almost see it in my mind. big_smile

Yeah, what I said: crrraazy thought... :silly: Propably too much work.

Ouch, tough one. I've never seen that but I went googling and have a guess. Does it count? It's propably wrong anyways. lol

Great. I love Michael J.Fox and I think it's great how he deals with the sickness and how he recruits other people. big_smile

I could totally hear Ryan's voice saying those things while I was reading. lol Weird. I quess it's because I've seen so many of his movies the past year and in some of them he's doing a lot of talking and narrating too. I loved the Definately, maybe-movie. big_smile

#1666 Re: Chris On Screen » Lunchers (New Project!) » 10 Oct 08 :: 07:46

lol Sounds good.

You should have asked if there's going to be a lot of pointing and saying "dude!" big_smile

I can just see it already. The leading guys ask for Tabasco and Chris pointing at the bottle and asking "oh, you mean this, dude?!" lol

#1667 Re: All About Chris » We're Going To LA! » 10 Oct 08 :: 07:31

You really should videotape next time you get to interview Chris. I keep wanting to see him answering. Not just audio and pictures. Feels like I'm missing out on something. lol PLease, please: next time rent a videocamera or something! lol

#1668 Re: Square Eyes » October Road » 10 Oct 08 :: 06:55

I liked this show. I haven't been able to see all the episodes but propably most of them. They've been airing this show in the sunday afternoons here. I love to get a bit lazy in the sunday afternoons and just watch TV for few hours. Especially shows like this one. I absolutely adore Laura Prepon in it and the Pizzagirl. Her boyfriend, the one with the phobia, is so cute. The storylines are really good. Can't wait for it to return for season 3. Has it already aired in the US? I should try to find the dvd on sale somewhere so I could get a better look at it. I really haven't seen all the episodes. I feel a bit like I'm out of the loop. roll

Yeah, right, I forgot. :embarrassed: I've got the memory of a labrat... Just the one that gets lost in the mace and dies of hunger.
I was just surfing the youtube and thoughted it would be nice to see all of Chris' scenes in a same video. Dumb idea. :embarrassed:

Leisha Hailey's song was good too. Had to add them to my playlist. big_smile

#1674 Re: Off Topic Stuff » "... like without too much singing." ::: Our Music Thread » 09 Oct 08 :: 13:05

:doh: I can't stand that electric stuff some call music... I can tolarate it for five minutes but then It gives me a headache.. Rap and heavy has pretty much the same effect.. I hate my response to them because I'd like to be able to say that I'm very open minded with all short of music... So sorry if I offended anyone...:embarrassed:

So if I had to put a lable on my taste in music, I'd say Classical rock and pop are the closest to my heart. Bryan Adams, Bon Jovi, Aerosmith, and such. Many of the 80's hits are my favorites. Even tough I like many kind of music (especially if it's just something to play on the background), I'm very picky about calling something my favorite. Lately I've been listening a lot of John Meyer and James Morrison. And my old favorites. Thanks for Simon for informing me that it was a new Take That song at the end of the Stardust. I loved that song. I do like a lot of bands but I totally just paced out and forgot all the names. I'm a bit tired today..

I wrote something about my taste in music in my blog too. http://nordiclighter.blogspot.com/2008/ … -life.html I'm not quite sure you should read it. lol Someone must have put some magic mushrooms or something in my food before I wrote that. It's not exactly my best blog post...

#1675 Re: Off Topic Stuff » Any electronic gadget nerds around? » 09 Oct 08 :: 12:43

Oh crap.. I can't read one thread without wanting to post my own response.. :embarrassed:

Your wallpapers are great.:drool: Mine is dull. It's a picture of our summerplace. It's very important for JTT. That's where his roots are at. This is actually JTT's computer so I wouldn't dare to change it. He goes all alpha male over this thing! No, make that over all the damn gadgets in this house.. lol Sometimes I just wanna tell him "dude, I'm not a total idiot with these things." roll MEN! lol

I've been graving to have my own laptop for few years now and I'm sure I'll get one within a year or so. What kind of laptop would you recommend? I've been thinking about the Acers and HP's since they are most promoted here. Are they really any good? I plan to listen a lot of music with it and watch movies and write stories.. And ofcourse I want some drawing programme. That's propably going to take a lot of space in the hard drive, huh? Honestly, I'm no computer nerd. I know how to do stuff with it but I suck at most of the technical stuff. So I don't know all the parts and how to fix computers. So is there anything low-maintenance? big_smile

What should i call my lil' laptop then? You've already taken all the good (character-) names. :doh: What if I name it George... Ain't that Chris' middle name? wink

About cellphones. I'm looking for a new one. All my cells have been different models of Nokia. I wanna suport the domestic companies. big_smile And they are cool. Now I've got this sucky little thing that I already gave once to my daughter but i had to take it back because my new one broke pretty soon after I started using it. I liked it. But I really need something that's gonna survive my boys. They always get their hands on my phones no matter where I put the damn thing. :doh:

I don't really use the phone much. I hate talking in telephones. I just mostly write textmessages and receive important calls. I like listening to MP3's but all the freaking players get broken with me. I don't understand what I do to get them broken in few months... Maybe it's my boobs crushing them. lol :embarrassed: So maybe there should be an MP3 player in the phone... Our camera needs changing anyway so that's propably not essential for the phone. So, any ideas? i'm willing to give a try to something else but Nokia at this point...
