The Fruit by the Foot commercial used to play over and over again on Nickelodeon, so I still remember it. And I think I have a picture of him in the Burger King commercial somewhere on my hard drive.
Haha yep! I believe he has two separate roles in it, as well. Seth Rogen is amazing, I love the guy.
"Captain Picard is not gay, he's British!"
Wow, awesome shirt TeeJay!
Wow, not to sound unoriginal, but congratulations Irina!
Hahaha, my mom just got back from Aruba (she accompanied my stepdad on a business trip), and she said that song started playing on a bus, and no one seemed to remember who sang it originally. So she piped up, "It's the theme song to Joan of Arcadia!", and two women said "I loved that show!!"
Yeah, I really like the way he looks in those photos, short hair or not. And I'm actually really excited to see the scene where he's wearing the black tank top & tight pants.
Slasher movie or not, I hear it's really quite good. I hope I can find a way to see it soon.
Anton isn't in that one though, is he?
Awesome, thanks for the link and the photos everyone! Chris looks really good.
I understand what you mean, Paige. I'm really partial to the way Chris looked during Joan of Arcadia. I figure it's because he was around the age I am now when he filmed it.
That's not to say I don't like the way he looks now, though. Because I totally do
I keep my hair a few inches past my shoulders. I don't think I'd ever have the guts to cut it short -- when I was about eight my younger brother stuck gum in my hair and I had to get it all chopped off. I've always been a bit of a tomboy, so being that age and having that haircut, I'd have people confuse my gender. It was pretty humiliating.
I also put color in my hair every now and then. The last time I had it done, I had really cool red streaks. I think I'll do it again next time I've got a hair appointment.
Thanks for the link to the video and the caps! Chris is looking really sessy. Loving the hair.
Here's the bigger versions of the WireImage photos. The account I have puts watermarks on the tops and bottoms of the photos, so I just cut them out. Hopefully we'll get the full resolution photos at some point.
Oooh, good find Anne! Can't wait to see them at a larger resolution
I checked Flickr again and found one picture. Chris is hard to see in it, though.

Deb, I'll try my best. I know back in Arizona I could have taped it and then transferred it to my computer, but I don't have the same resources here
I'll take a look around today and see what I can find
Great to have you here Laura.
Definitely go see Knocked Up. I was really upset that I didn't go back to see it a second time while it was in theaters.
Ah, I'm with you Mutant. The new Harry Potter book is the reason I've been MIA these past few days. I didn't pick up my copy until a couple of days ago, but since I've had it I can barely put it down. Too bad my work schedule keeps getting in the way
Ah, how exciting! Thanks for the update.
Welcome Mutant!
Brenna, you said the window always comes to the front on your Mac. I saw that there is a tickbox for that in the Options. See if that was checked for you, maybe?
Oh, that wasn't with your chatroom, it was happening to me on Yahoo Messenger. I think the Mac version of that program is still in beta. No worries, though.
Somewhere out there...Mary Poppins is missing her giant umbrella.
Aww, those cats are so cute! I've got two back in Arizona and I miss them so much. Wish I could have taken them with me when I left.
I thought he was supposed to be 16 when the show started.
You could very well be right. I haven't watched it in years. I've got them all at home though, Dad's a big nerd...er...fan.
Yeah, I definitely agree. JoA did a really good job with the cast looking the correct age. But shows like Smallville...I mean, it's a good show, but come on! Tom Welling in no way passed for fifteen in in the first season of that show...not even Clark Kent at fifteen.
I saw it and loved it as well. I've been a huge fan of the books since I was about eleven years old, but I've never been angry about the films leaving certain parts out. Like you said TeeJay, you just can't cram a book that big into a 3 hour film. And you're right, the kids are definitely getting older, and though I didn't think they all passed for fifteen in this movie, it's still better than having a bunch of 25-year-olds playing those parts, which happens way too much in films & television if you ask me.
